    دور الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة دراسة تطبيقية: المنظمات الدولية العاملة في قطاع غزة

    This study aimed to identify the role of the strategic agility in promoting sustainable development. The study targeted the international organizations working in, the Southern governorates, the Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, and the descriptive analytical approach was also used to conduct the study. The study population consisted of (175) employees working in the international organizations in the Gaza Strip. The random sampling method was used, and the (SPSS) statistical software program was the tool analyze the collected data. The general results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between strategic agility and the promotion هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على المنظمات الدولية العاملة في قطاع غزة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (175) موظف وموظفة العاملين في المنظمات الدولية، وتم استخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم استخدام برنامج (SPSS) الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية متوسطة طردية بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الدولية العاملة في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية

    Globally, a scientific research plays a crucial role in the establishment of modernization and it is the main way for sustainable development .As the developed countries have achieved notable progress in the field of science and technology with great contributions depending on the scientific research as an approach to expand their capabilities in high efficiency manner. Locally, Palestine is one of less developed countries as most of its development indicators as well as major problems and challenges are similar to those found in other less developed countries يلعب البحث العلمي دوراً أساسياً في قيام الحضارات، وهو المدخل الحقيقي والصحيح لتنمية المجتمع، حيث أن الدول المتقدمة التي حققت تقدماً ملموساً في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا إنما هي دول آمنت أساساً بالبحث العلمي أسلوباً ووسيلة ومنهاجاً وتمكنت من خلال البحث العلمي من أن تطوع امكاناتها من أجل تحقيق التنمية والتقدم لمجتمعاتها. يمكن تصنيف فلسطين ضمن قائمة دول العالم الثالث بالنظر إلى أن معظم مؤشرات التنمية فيها تماثل ما هو موجود في الدول النامية. وهو ما يعني أن فلسطين بشكل عام تعاني من نفس المشاكل والتحديات الرئيسية التي تشترك فيها الدول النامية، مثل تدني مستوى الخدمات بشكل عام، وضعف المرافق والبنى التحتية، وانخفاض مستوى توظيف العلم والتكنولوجيا في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، إلى غير ذلك من المشاكل والتحديات التي تتجلى في معظم الدول الفقيرة والنامية. وقد أدى كل ما سبق من تحديات ومشاكل إلى انعكاسات واضحة على مختلف مناحي حياة الفلسطينيين وعلى وجه الخصوص ما يتعلق بالجانب الاقتصادي وذلك في ظل غياب الابداع والبحث العلمي والاستثمار في عقول البشر

    دور برامج الدراسات الثنائية في توجيه البحث العلمي نحو معالجة مشاكل وأزمات القطاع الخاص (دراسة ميدانية على طلبة وخريجي جامعة القدس)

    ركزت الورقة البحثية على معرفة دور برامج الدراسات الثنائية في توجيه البحث العملي نحو معالجة مشاكل وأزمات القطاع الخاص في فلسطين من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على طلبة وخريجي جامعة القدس. ولأغراض الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ووزعت استبانة على عينة من طلبة وخريجي برامج الدراسات الثنائية في جامعة القدس، وبلغ عددهم (32) طالب وخريج واسترجعت الاستبيانات بالكامل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: لدى جامعة القدس جهوزية كاملة لفتح برامج الدراسات الثنائية، وبالتالي فإنها صاحبة تجربة رائدة وناجحة في هذا المجال مما جعل الجامعات الأخرى تحتذي بها وخير مثال على ذلك الجامعة الأردنية الألمانية، ولدى القطاع الخاص في الضفة الغربية والقدس جهوزية كاملة للتعاون مع جامعة القدس في برامج الدراسات الثنائية، لذلك نجد أن جامعة القدس وقعت أكثر من (220) اتفاقية مع مؤسسات وشركات القطاع الخاص،

    التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في فلسطين

    This study aimed to identify the 17 sustainable development goals issued by the United Nations and the possibility of achieving them in Palestine, and to identify the reality of the national plan to achieve the sustainable development goals, in addition to analyzing the capabilities that must be developed for achieving sustainable development. The study concluded that the Palestinian government faces many challenges represented mainly In the Israeli occupation, where Israeli restrictions impede access to resources (land, water, electricity, knowledge, cultural heritage, telecommunications, etc.). In addition, هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهداف التنمية المستدامة إلـ 17 الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة وإمكانية تحقيقها في فلسطين، والتعرف على واقع الخطة الوطنية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل الإمكانات التي ينبغي تطويرها لغرض تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحكومة الفلسطينية تواجه العديد من التحديات تتمثل بشكل أساسي في الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، حيث تعرقل القيود الإسرائيلية الوصول إلى الموارد (الأرض، والمياه، والكهرباء، والمعرفة، والموروث الثقافي والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، وغيرها)، وتفرض حصارا جائرا على قطاع غزة وتعزل القدس الشرقية عن محيطها، مما يؤدي إلى عرقلة تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة

    Banking Financial Stability Measured by Credit Risk Measurements (Quantitative Technique): New Evidence from Palestinian Commercial Banking Sector.

    Credit risk management is the vital part of the comprehensive management and in addition to part of the control system. Credit risk is entirely considered as the most important risk for banks and financial institutions in general due to it being related with every trade transaction and financial activities. Banks must fulfill the priorities and the international standards of financial stability and sustainability. The present study is an attempt to evaluate and measure the Palestinian banking sector performance. For this reason, credit risk management approach (basically a quantitative technique includes; Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Leverage, Liquidity and Earning) has been implemented. A total of 13 banks were selected for a nine-year period from 2011 till 2019). This approach found that all the selected banks are in unsatisfactory performance.

    Quality Framework for achieving sustainability and Improvement in Higher Education sector in Palestine

    This paper explored the theoretical constructs and implementation of quality models to contextualize and integrate quality models to design and build a framework for continuous improvement in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Palestine, on the other hand to promote the Arabic identity for the national HEIs. Furthermore, this research points out that there is great need for institutional quality in Palestine higher education sector, the changing Palestinian higher education landscape and particularly the improvement and incorporation of HEIs requires a framework to ensure institutional quality in the higher education sector, focusing on areas like teaching and learning, governance, marketing, finances and other institutional operations which are not a focus of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC) audits.     The study aimed to identify the level of governance and sustainable development among health committee workers, the impact of governance on sustainable development and statistically significant differences in the interaction between governance and sustainable development; The study population consisted of 350 employees in the Union of Health Work Committees, to achieve the goal of the study a descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was designed as tool to collect data, and the study sample consisted of (38) individuals, which is the administrative layer in the institution.     تقييم جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات في الجامعة الإسلامية ودوره في تقديم حلول للحالات الطارئة وسبل تطويره

    هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات في الجامعة الإسلامية، وتوضيح دوره في تقديم حلول للحالات الطارئة، والوصول إلى سبل مقترحة لتطويره، ولتحقيق الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج التطويري، واعتمدت الباحثة على الاستبانة التي أجريت على عينة بلغت (47) خريجاً وخريجة من برنامج إدارة الأزمات، واستجاب منهم (35) خريجاً وخريجة، والمقابلات الشخصية التي شارك فيها (5) خبراء في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث من الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات بالجامعة الإسلامية جاءت مرتفعة، وبوزن نسبي (78.20%)، وحصل بعد الانتاج الفكري والعلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس على المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي مرتفع (80.52%)، ثم بعد نوعية الرسائل العلمية بوزن نسبي مرتفع (78.48%)، وأخيراً بعد قدرات ومهارات الخريج بوزن نسبي مرتفع أيضاً (75.30%)، وأن دور برنامج إدارة الأزمات في تقديم حلول للمجتمع الفلسطيني في الحالات الطارئة بوزن نسبي مرتفع (79.60%).

    الرقابة الحكومية على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية في فلسطين (دراسة حالة: وزارة شؤون المرأة)

    The study aimed to examine the role of governmental oversight in its dimensions, which represented in (control techniques, control standards, actual performance measurement and supervisory evaluation) on the implementation of CEDAW in achieving human development by applying it to the Palestinian Ministry of Women's Affairs The study used the descriptive analytical approach to reach the results and the questionnaire to collect primary data, the study community consists of (83) workers of the Palestinian Ministry of Women Affairs. The study found that there is a significant statistical impact of governmental oversight on the implementation of the CEDAW agreement in achieving human development, through (the supervisory standards dimension "positive effect", measuring actual performance "negative impact", and supervisory evaluation "positive effect." While there is no impact of the control techniques dimension in achieving human development. هدفت الدراسةُ الى توضيح دور الرقابة الحكومية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (الأساليب الرقابية، المعايير الرقابية، قياس الأداء الفعلي والتقييم الرقابي) على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية؛ وذلك بالتطبيق على وزارة شؤون المرأة الفلسطينية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ واستخدمت الدراسة لجمع البيانات الأولية كلًا من أداة الاستبانة والمقابلة، وتمَّ تطبيق الاستبانة على العاملين في وزارة شؤون المرأة الفلسطينية، وقد تمثّل مجتمع الدراسة من (83) موظفًا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ذي دلالة إحصائية للرقابة الحكومية على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية، وذلك من خلال (بُعد المعايير الرقابية "أثر إيجابي"، قياس الأداء الفعلي "أثر سلبي"، التقييم الرقابي "أثر إيجابي") في حين عدم وجود تأثير لبُعد الأساليب الرقابية في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية

    متطلبات التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر عينة من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية وعلاقتها بقلق المستقبل لديهم

    university students in the governorates of Gaza for the requirements of sustainable development, and its relationship to the manifestations of future anxiety for them. To achieve this, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach. Application of a two-part questionnaire, the first consists of (32) items distributed over four areas: (technological educational field, environmental field, economic field, social field), and the second consists of (22) items related to manifestations of future anxiety on a random sample consisting of (378). male and female student .The results showed that the degree to which the sample members assessment the requirements of sustainable development was large, with a relative weight of (80.8%), and the (economic field) came in the first place with a relative weight (83.00%) هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تقدير عينة من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية بمحافظات غزة لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة، وعلاقتها بمظاهر قلق المستقبل لديهم، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتطبيق استبانة من قسمين، الأول مكون من (32) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: (المجال التعليمي التكنولوجي، المجال البيئي، المجال الاقتصادي، المجال الاجتماعي)، والثاني مكون من (22) فقرة متعلقة بمظاهر قلق المستقبل، وذلك على عينة عرضية قوامها (378) طالبا وطالبة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة كانت كبيرة وبوزن نسبي (80.8%) حيث جاء (المجال الاقتصادي) في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (83.00%)

The study concluded that the Islamic University encourages scientific research, works on its development, and considers it one of the pillars of the educational process. Scientific research also contributes to educating the Palestinian community about the various issues of interest through research, scientific centers, conferences, study days and scientific seminars تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور البحث العلمي في تحقيق الاستدامة من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على عمادة البحث العملي والدراسات العليا بالجامعة الإسلامية بغزة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج النوعي، وتم استخدام المُقابلات والتقارير السنوية لتحقيق ذلك، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعة الإسلامية تشجع البحث العلمي، وتعمل على تنميته، وتنظر إليه على أنه أحد ركائز العملية التعليمية، كما يساهم البحث العلمي في توعية المجتمع الفلسطيني بالقضايا المختلفة محور اهتمامه من خلال الأبحاث والمراكز العلمية

    التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية: بين الواقع والمأمول

    This study aimed to identify sustainable development in NGOs in the southern Palestinian governorates. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to know the impact of human resource management practices on a sustainable development, and a questionnaire was designed and used to collect primary data from the study sample. The application was applied to workers in the upper and middle management in the (NGOs) in the southern governorates. The study population consisted of (996) organizations operating in the southern Palestinian governorates. The researcher followed the intentional sampling method, which consisted of (115) organizations, from which (109) organizations responded where (199) questionnaires were distributed and (176) questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of (88.44%). هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية، كما تم تصميم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع العاملين ذات المناصب الأشرافية في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من (996) منظمة عاملة في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وقامت الباحثة بإستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل وإتباع العينة القصدية (الغرضية) المكونة من (115) منظمة استجابت منها عدد (109) منظمة حيث تم توزيع (199) استبيان وتم استرداد (176) استبيان بنسبة استرداد بلغت (88.44%).

    التمويل الأصغر المقدم من مؤسسات الاقراض وأثره على البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة في فلسطين

    The study aimed to measure the impact of microfinance on economic aspect sustainable development in Palestine during the period from “2013 to 2020”. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the econometrics approach The study used the time series data which concluded that contain the economic changes on the unit root, which means unstable through time and the changes became stable post the first variation. Also the vector error correction model (VECM) was used to estimate the impact of microfinance on economic aspect of sustainable development. هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التمويل الأصغر المقدم من مؤسسات الإقراض في البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة في فلسطين خلال الفترة (2020-2013)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج القياسي، واستخدمت الدارسة بيانات السلاسل الزمنية وقد بينت النتائج على احتواء المتغيرات الاقتصادية على جذر الوحدة، أي أنها غير مستقرة عبر الزمن، وتصبح المتغيرات مستقرة بعد الفروق الأولى، وقد تم استخدام طريقة تصحيح الخطأ الموجه (VECM) لتقدير أثر التمويل الأصغر في البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة

    متطلبات التنمية البشرية المستدامة في الجامعات الفلسطينية وعلاقتها بتمويل البحث العلمي

    The study aimed to identify the availability degree of sustainable human development requirements in Palestinian universities in southern governorates and their relationship with funding the scientific research. The researcher used the descriptive Correlational approach. The tool of study was valid and reliable questionnaire of two measures; The first measure was to gauge the availability degree of sustainable human development requirements in Palestinian universities, which composed of (57) items distributed in (4) domains: (professional and academic requirements, research requirements, administrative, financial and logistical requirements, and social requirements), the second measure to gauge the reality of funding the scientific research in Palestinian universities, which composed of (18) items. The study sample was composed of (240) members of academic staff of both sexes selected randomly from four Palestinian universities (Islamic, Al-Azhar, Palestine, and Al-Aqsa), which represents about (37%) of total study population of (666) members of academic staff of both sexes هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى مدى توافر متطلبات التنمية البشرية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية وعلاقتها بواقع تمويل البحث العلمي، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة المقننة صدقاً وثباتاً لمقياسين، المقياس الأول لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات التنمية البشرية المستدامة في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتكون من (57) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور (المتطلبات المهنية والأكاديمية، المتطلبات البحثي، المتطلبات الإدارية والمالية واللوجستية، والمتطلبات الاجتماعية)، والمقياس الثاني لقياس واقع تمويل البحث العلمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتكون من (18) فقرة.أما عينة الدراسة فكانت مكونة من (240) عضو هيئة أكاديمية من الجنسين اختيروا عشوائياً من أربع جامعات فلسطينية (الإسلامية، الأزهر، فلسطين، الأقصى) في المحافظات الجنوبية، وتمثل (37%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة البالغ (666) عضو هيئة أكاديمية من الجنسين

    : The study sought to evaluate the role of scientific research centers in achieving sustainable development: An analytical study: The Islamic and Al-Azhar Universities in Gaza, The study relied on the analysis of research centers and graduate programs and their relationship to sustainable development in the universities under study, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, due to its relevance to the nature of the analytical study, By analyzing a set of reports and documents, as well as a description of the activities issued by the relevant authorities, In addition to the interview method, The data has been reorganized after it was analyzed according to the objectives of the study, Finding meaningful indicators after analyzing the documents and published content, One of the most important results was that universities have research centers and various postgraduate programs that are directly related to the dimensions of sustainable development, but they have clear shortcomings in the field of modern technology, applied engineering and medical sciences, In addition to the lack of accurate guidance for scientific research programs in universities according to link and priority within the government’s sustainable development plan, whether in the economic, technological, environmental, social and political fields, It does not appear that there is close cooperation between the private sector and graduate studies to finance research studies سعت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور مراكز البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة تحليلية: جامعتي الإسلامية والأزهر بغزة, وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل مراكز البحوث وبرامج الدراسات العليا ومدى ارتباطها في التنمية المستدامة لدى الجامعات محل الدراسة, واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة التحليلية, وذلك بتحليل مجموعة من التقارير والوثائق وكذلك الوصف للأنشطة الصادرة من الجهات ذات العلاقة، بالإضافة لأسلوب المقابلة, وقد تم إعادة تنظيم البيانات وذلك بعد أن تم تحليلها وفق أهداف الدراسة، والخلوص الى مؤشرات ذات دلالة بعد تحليل الوثائق والمحتوى المنشور، وكان من أهم النتائج أن لدى الجامعات مراكز بحثية وبرامج دراسات عليا متنوعة ترتبط مباشرة في مجال أبعاد التنمية المستدامة ولكن لديها قصور واضح في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة والهندسة التطبيقية وعلوم الطب, اضافة لعدم وجود توجيه دقيق لبرامج البحث العلمي بالجامعات حسب الارتباط والأولوية ضمن خطة التنمية المستدامة الحكومية سواء في المجال الاقتصادي, والتكنولوجي, والبيئي والاجتماعي والسياسي, ولا يظهر أن هناك تعاون وثيق ما بين القطاع الخاص والدراسات عليا لتمويل دراسات بحثية

Scientific research also contributes to educating the Palestinian community about the various issues of interest through research, scientific centers, conferences, study days and scientific seminars.     دور استخدام التحول الرقمي في تعزيز فاعلية البحث العلمي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

    This study mainly aims to identify the role of using digital transformation in enhancing the effectiveness of scientific research and achieving sustainable development, answering questions and testing the study hypotheses. The study consisted of 99 deans, deputies, members, administrators and secretaries in the scientific research departments in Palestinian universities. The comprehensive inventory method was used due to the small size of the community. The results of the study proved that there is a significant role for the use of digital transformation in enhancing the effectiveness of scientific research and achieving sustainable development. The study recommended that Palestinian universities realize the benefit of using digital transformation and develop a strategy to implement it to create a higher competitive value for universities, develop job skills, and sustain a culture of research and scientific creativity. تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى التعرف على دور استخدام التحول الرقمي في تعزيز فاعلية البحث العلمي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والإجابة على الأسئلة واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، اعتمد الباحثين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللحصول على البيانات اللازمة تم توزيع استبانة بعد تقييمها من عدد من المتخصصين على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من عمداء ونواب وأعضاء وإداريين وسكرتارية بأقسام البحث العلمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية وعددهم 99، وتم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل نظراً لصغر حجم المجتمع. وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد دور كبير لاستخدام التحول الرقمي في تعزيز فاعلية البحث العلمي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

    يعد البحث العلمي من أبرز التطورات المميزة لعصرنا الحالي، حيث أدركت الكثير من الأمم بأن وجودها وكيانها وتطورها وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة فيها مرهون بما تنجزه في مجال البحث العلمي، فأخذت ترسم بذلك الخطط وتقيم المراكز والمؤسسات، وترصد إعتمادات المالية كبيرة إدراكا منها بأن الاستثمار في البحث العلمي هو من أهم أنواع الاستثمار من خلال تشكيل مؤسسات التعليم العالي وترقيتها بالإضافة إلى مهمتها في تزويد الإطارات بالمهارات والمعارف، وقد مارست الجامعات هذا الدور في جميع الدول التي حققت التقدم في البحث العلمي نظرا لحاجتها إلى نتائج البحث العلمي في مختلف الميادين فقد نال البحث العلمي أهمية بالغة في الدول المتقدمة نظرا لأهميته البالغة في التطور والرقي وفي المقابل هناك العديد من الظروف والعوامل التي يمكن اعتبارها سببا في تراجع البحث العلمي وتأخره في الجامعات العربية بما فيها الجامعة الجزائرية، ولعل من أسباب هذا التأخر عدم وجود سياسة واضحة للبحث العلمي وضعف الحافز النفسي لدى الباحث ونقص الميزانية المخصصة للبحث العلمي مما أثر بشكل سلبي على جودة البحث العلمي.

    دور جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي في فلسطين في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

    The study aimed to identify the role of the quality of the outcomes of Palestinian higher education institutions in achieving sustainable development. In this study the researchers firstly show the quality of Higher education input and requirements of ensuring the quality of higher education outcomes then address what's the sustainable development and its reality in Palestine and finally link the relationship between the quality of higher education outcomes in achieving sustainable development. The researchers used documentary descriptive method to identify the literature on the quality of higher education outcomes and sustainable development. The study showed that the interest of higher education institutions with its outcomes especially improving scientific research، increasing the efficiency of graduates، and supporting social activities ، it will contribute to achieve sustainable development in its all dimensions. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور جودة مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم العالي الفلسطينية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ويستعرض الباحثان في هذه الدراسة مدخلاً لجودة التعليم العالي، ومتطلبات تجويد مخرجات التعليم العالي، ثم بعد ذلك التطرق إلى ماهية التنمية المستدامة وواقعها في فلسطين وانتهاءً بربط العلاقة بين جودة مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم العالي بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المكتبي للتعرف على الأدبيات المتعلقة بجودة مخرجات التعليم العالي والتنمية المستدامة. وبينت الدراسة أن اهتمام مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمخرجاتها وخصوصاً تجويد البحث العلمي ورفع كفاءة الخرجين والاهتمام بالأنشطة الداعمة للمجتمع سيساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بكل أبعادها.
