    Beyond a Visual Tactile: A “Continuity of Memory” into the Present

    This article has at its heart addressing the question of how contemporary architecture interlocks in its design concept the past and the present. Its analysis echoes in doing so Juhani Pallasmaa’ s perspective, which its theory calls for “the flesh of the world” centered on “continuum” of the cultural values into a contemporary architecture. Yet, how a “continuum” occurs lies in the “artistic work” arisen as a result of the intersection occurred between “the world” and the “oneself” as well as between the “external space” and the “one’s inner mental space”. This article uses three design cases to apply Juhani Pallasmaa’ s perspective. Albeit differences, the three case study analyses suggest that the vernacular aspects of architecture embrace a model for the rationale of the “artistic work”.

    Camouflage and Character Manipulation in American Films New concepts in New Orientalism in Traitor Film

    Globally, Hollywood, being one of the major film producers, has been a major source of reference for the Arab and their cultures in the last century and will undoubtedly persist for years to come. The historic event of September 11, 2001 (henceforth 9/11) has intensified and further confounded Hollywood’s take on the Arabs and their culture; resulting in more traditional theories such as Orientalism and Colonialism failing to capture this dramatic ideological change especially for their failure to move beyond the confined of the theorization of negative stereotype. This is the problem identified for this research. Indeed, the gap identified from this is related to the lack of previous studies focusing on post 9/11 Hollywood films, especially written from an Arab perspective i.e. the researcher. تعتبر هوليوود أحد منتجي الأفلام الرئيسية فى العالم ، وتعتبر مصدرًا مرجعيًا رئيسيًا للعرب وثقافاتهم في القرن الماضي وستستمر بلا شك لسنوات قادمة. أدى الحدث التاريخي الذي وقع في 11 سبتمبر 2001 إلى تكثيف وإرباك نظرة هوليوود على العرب وثقافتهم ؛ مما أدى إلى المزيد من النظريات النمطية مثل الاستشراق والاستعمار و التي فشلت في استيعاب هذا التغيير الأيديولوجي الدراماتيكي خاصة لفشلها في تجاوز حصر نظريات الصورة النمطية السلبية. ان مشكلة الدراسه هى نقص الدراسات السابقة التي تركز على أفلام هوليوود ما بعد 11 سبتمبر ، وخاصة المكتوبة من منظور عربي. لذلك تبحث هذه الدراسة في فكرة التمويه والتلاعب بالشخصيات العربية والتى تركزعلى الأفلام الأمريكية من منظور الاستشراق الجديد .

    Exploring Safety Performance for Road Construction Projects in Gaza Strip Contracting Companies

    Road construction projects are a complex work situation which faces multiple injury risks under conditions that may change without warning. That is why it becomes necessary to exploring safety performance for road construction projects, especially in Gaza Strip contracting companies. This paper aims to identify the factors that affect safety performance in road projects, and suggest practices to improve safety performance to reduce accidents and injuries rates in road construction projects in Gaza Strip. Data was gathered using a questionnaire that was distributed among contracting companies that working on road construction in Gaza Strip. A total number of completed and received questionnaires are 80; the rate of response is 80%. The result confirms that the majority of contracting companies don’t consider the safety as a priority in sites. The study also discovers that field of the road construction suffers from absence of safety culture and workers on road construction suffer from lack of training and expertise

    IUG English Majors’ Awareness of the Differences Between British English (RP) and Standard American English (SAE) in Pronunciation and Vocabulary

    The study aimed at recognizing learners' awareness of the differences between British English (RP) and Standard American English (SAE) in pronunciation and vocabulary at Islamic University of Gaza (IUG). The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. For this purpose, the researcher designed and distributed two tests, achievement test and transcription test, for a sample of English language 3rd level majors who studied the Phonetics course during the first semester of 2018-2019. The sample involved 70 male and female students. In order to answer the questions of this research, the researcher used the Statistical Package of the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings of the study revealed some significant results: 8.3% of the respondents have an awareness of the differences in pronunciation and 56% of them don’t have an awareness of the differences in vocabulary. In the light of what has been mentioned, the study has proposed the following recommendationsAdditional attention must be paid to develop the level of awareness of the students to the differences between "Received Pronunciation” (RP) and "Standard American English" (SA) in general, and pronunciation, vocabulary in particular. Such attention is supposed to be since early stages of learning English. • English language learners, since early stages of learning English, should be exposed to the differences of RP and SA English as much as possible in order to improve their awareness of these differences in general. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس إدراك طلبة الجامعة الإسلامية للاختلافات في النطق والمفردات بين الإنجليزية البريطانية والإنجليزية الأمريكية, ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وأعد لهذا الغرض اختبار وزع على عينة من طلبة قسم اللغة الإنجليزية المستوى الثالث والذين أنجزوا مادة الصوتيات في الفصل الدراسي الأول 2018-2019, وقد بلغ حجم العينة (70) طالب وطالبة, وقد استخدام الباحث برنامج الرزم الإحصائية spss للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة

    The study aimed to shed light on the implications of the US-Israeli strategic cooperation in light of the discovery of energy sources in the eastern Mediterranean basin, and the extent of this impact on the conflict in the region. In addition to clarify the relationship of energy sources presence in the eastern Mediterranean, and its impact on the US-Israeli strategic cooperation in the Middle East region, by reviewing the American-Israeli strategic vision and its implications towards the exploitation of the discovered energy fields in the Middle East region, to Know whether this strategy is feasible in light of the ongoing and rooted conflict in the Middle East for more than seventy years. تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تداعيات التعاون الاستراتيجي الأمريكي الإسرائيلي، في ظل اكتشاف مصادر الطاقة في حوض شرق البحر المتوسط، ومدى أثر ذلك على مجريات الصراع في المنطقة. بالإضافة إلى توضيح مدى علاقة وجود مصادر الطاقة في شرق البحر المتوسط، وأثره على التعاون الاستراتيجي الأمريكي الإسرائيلي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وذلك من خلال استعراض الرؤية الأمريكية الإسرائيلية الاستراتيجية وتداعياتها تجاه استغلال حقول الطاقة المكتشفة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وما إذا كانت هذه الاستراتيجية قابلةً للتحقيق في ظل الصراع الدائر والمتجذر في الشرق الأوسط منذ أكثرَ من سبعينَ عامًا ونيف.

    الأراضي العامة ضمن المخططات الهيكلية للهيئات المحلية الفلسطينية مدينة يطا (محافظه الخليل -فلسطين) كحاله دراسية

    The necessity of completing structural plans in local authorities is one of the basics of urban development work, as the structural plan constitutes the basis for determining land uses. It is also considered the organizer of all activities on the lands and borders of the local authority. Structural and that any scheme carried out on clear and correct properties is feasible, and that the schemes that are carried out without defining and organizing properties have faced great challenges and some of them have found difficulty or even impossibility in implementing it, whether in whole or in part, and this study was conducted on the lands of Yatta. إن ضرورة إنجاز المخططات الهيكلية في الهيئات المحلية من أساسيات العمل التنموي، حيث يشكل المخطط الهيكلي الأساس في تحديد إستخدامات الأراضي، كما يعتبر المنظِم لجميع النشاطات على أراضي وحدود الهيئة المحلية، ولكي يتم ذلك لابد أولاً: أن تدرك الهيئات المحلية إن وضوح ملكيات الأراضي هو من أسباب نجاح المخطط الهيكلي، وإن أي مخطط يتم على ملكيات واضحة وصحيحة يكون قابلا للتنفيذ، على عكس المخططات التي تتم بدون تحديد وتنظيم الملكيات واجهت تحديات كبيرة، وقد لاقى بعضها صعوبة بل استحالة في تطبيقه سواء بشكل كلي أو جزئي، وقد تمت هذه الدراسة على أراضي مدينه يطا، حيث وضحت التطور التاريخي لملكيات الأراضي في فلسطين إبتداءً من العهد العثماني، مرورًا بفترة الانتداب البريطاني، وما رافق ذلك الانتداب من إجراءات لتسجيل الأراضي وطرق التملك، تلتها فتره الحكم الاردني والذي تم استعراض الاجراءات والقوانين الأردنية التي تُنظم تسجيل الأراضي، سواء كان هذا التسجيل نهائي ينتهي بسندات التسجيل أو شهادات التسجيل أو إخراجات القيود المستخرجة عن سجلات دافعي الضرائب.

    The study aimed to identify the level of learned helplessness, hope, sport aspiration, as well as to identify the relationship between them and whether hope can be a mediating variable between learned helplessness and sport aspiration among football players in Gaza governorates. Also, to identify the differences due to the variables (housing, playing duration, level of learning, playing center) هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى كل من العجز المكتسب والأمل ومستوى الطموح الرياضي، وأيضا التعرف إلى العلاقة بينها، وهل يمكن للأمل أن يكون متغيراً وسيطاً في العلاقة بين العجز المكتسب ومستوى الطموح الرياضي لدى لاعبي كرة القدم في محافظات غزة؟، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق وفقا لمتغيرات (السكن، مدة اللعب، مستوى التعلم، مركز اللعب)؟،وتكونت العينة من(321) لاعباً من لاعبي منتخبات الدرجة الممتازة، وتم استخدام مقياس العجز المكتسب ومقياس الطموح الرياضي إعداد الباحثين، ومقياس الأمل إعداد سنايدر، وبينت النتائج أن العجز المكتسب وجميع مجالاته جاء بمستوى متوسط

    الإستراتيجية الأمريكية للهيمنة على مصادر الغاز الطبيعي الدولي

    The study aimed to shed light on the orientations of the American strategic thought to dominate the international natural gas sources, since the establishment of the current and previous American administration, it adopted different directions for its presence on the global scene by interventions in the international affairs, but it subjected these strategic directions to the internal environment variables, as well as to the transformations of the global environment. To build a model of a global power that is exceptional in its values, and unilateral in its role, through its strategic thinking based on hegemony over vital global capabilities and resources, which contribute to ensure its control of the pillars and foundations of sustainable development for countries and all actors in the global economic system. هدفت الدراسة إِلى تسليط الضوء على توجهات الفكر الإستراتيجي الأمريكي للهيمنة على مصادر الغاز الطبيعي الدولي، فمنذ تأسيس الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية والسابقة تبنتا توجهات مغايرة لوجوده على الساحة العالمية بتدخلات في الشأن الدولي، ولكنها أخضعت هذه التوجهات الإستراتيجية لمتغيرات البيئة الداخلية، وكذلك إِلى تحولات البيئة العالمية، فقد سعت إِلى بناء نموذج قوة عالمية استثنائية في قيمها، وأحادية في دورها، من خلال تفكيرها الإستراتيجي المرتكز على الهيمنة على المقدرات والموارد العالمية الحيوية، التي تُسهم في ضمان تحكمها في ركائز وأسس التنمية المستدامة للدول، وبكل مفاعيل النظام الاقتصادي العالي.

    يهدف البحث لدراسة التدابير الوطنية المعنية بمعالجة قضايا الأشخاص المفقودين في النزاعات المسلحة والاضطرابات الداخلية في السياق العربي، عبر استخدام المنهج التحليلي القانوني من أجل الوقوف عند طبيعة وفعالية عدد من التجارب العربية بمقاربتها مع المعايير الدولية المعنية بمسألة المفقودين؛ خاصة في ضوء الانتشار الواسع لحالات اختفاء الأشخاص في المنطقة العربية؛ فقد توصل البحث إلى أن التدابير الوطنية ليست بديلًا عن التدابير والآليات والالتزامات الدولية المحددة بموجب الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية، وأن فعالية التدابير الوطنية تتطلب عملية تخطيط يتبعها عملية تنفيذ ذات طابع إداري تنفيذي وتشريعي وقضائي؛ تمكنها من إيجاد معالجات سريعة للأشخاص المفقودين بما في ذلك الاستجابة لاحتياجات ذويهم؛ وتقدير الآلام التي يتجرعونها.

    التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من طلبة مدارس الصف العاشر الأساسي في تربية قصبة عمان بالأردن

    The objective of the current study is to identify the level of psychological flow and motivation of achievement and the relationship between psychological flow and motivation of achievement, and to detect differences between students' average grades, on the scale of psychological flow attributable to sex. (Males, females) I have a sample of 10th grade school students in Qasbah Amman. The results of the study found that the level of psychological and motivation flow of achievement was high. A statistically significant relationship between psychological flow and motivation of achievement showed that there were statistically هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى التدفق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز والعلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والدافعية للانجاز، والكشف عن الفروق بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة، على مقياس التدفق النفسي يعزى للجنس (ذكور، وإناث) لدى عينة من طلبة مدارس الصف العاشر في تربية قصبة عمان وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (270) طالباً وطالبة منهم (120) من الذكور و(180) من الإناث، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الى أن مستوى التدفق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز كانت بدرجة مرتفعة كما تبين إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التدفق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز والى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على مقياس التدفق النفسي يعزى للجنس وجاءت الفروق في كل الابعاد ما عدا بعد الأهداف الواضحة و كانت لصالح الإناث، وتوصي الدراسة، توفير بيئة آمنة ومحفزة للطلبة من أجل الوصول إلى حالة من التدفق النفسي، وتقديم خدمات الإرشاد النفسي لمساعدة الطلبة على تنمية وتعزيز الدافعية للإنجاز لديهم

    التنوع الحيوي والتوزيع المكاني للنباتات الطبيعية في منطقة المواصي /قطاع غزة

    This research relied mainly on the classification of wild plants and the study of their spatial distribution in terms of plant divisions, growth form, plant status, and the extent to which it was affected by human, agricultural and tourism activities. The methodology of the study relied on taking clear photographs of plants with taking samples for preservation and drying as a permanent herbarium for mawasi plants, as well as resettling some wild plants in an observation garden that simulates the ecosystem of livestock with the work of a seed bank, especially annual plants اعتمد هذا البحث بشكل اساسي على تصنيف النباتات البرية ودراسة توزيعها المكاني من حيث التقسيمات النباتية وشكل النمو وحالة النبات ومدى تأثره بالأنشطة البشرية والزراعية والسياحية. اعتمدت منهجية الدراسة على التقاط صور فوتوغرافية واضحة للنباتات مع أخذ عينات للحفظ والتجفيف كمعشبة دائمة لنباتات المواصي وكذلك اعادة توطين بعض النباتات البرية في حديقة مشاهدات تحاكي المنظومة البيئية للمواصي مع عمل بنك للبذور وخاصة النباتات الحولية. تمت دراسة شكل نمو وفقاً لتقسيمات ( Raunkiaer, 1934 ) إلى نباتات حولية تقضي الظروف الغير مواتية كبذور ساكنة في التربة منتظرة الظروف المواتية للنمو، والى نباتات معمرة ونباتات درنية وشجيرات واشجار ،أما تصنيف النباتات فاعتمد بشكل اساسي على كتاب فلورا بلستيناFlora Palestina وعلى العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية العلمية المحلية و الإقليمية والعاليمة.

    "الجدارات الرقمية الواجب تضمينها في برامج تدريب القيادات الإدارية بالمدارس الحكومية في ضوء التوجه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني بفلسطين" "دراسة مستقبلية"

    The study aimed to identify the digital competencies that should be included in the educational leadership training programs at the Ministry of Education in light of the trend towards E-learning, and to identify the opinions of experts and specialists on the digital competencies that should be included in the educational leadership training programs. Thus, the two researchers has used the mixed approach where they use the Delphi‘s method of forward-looking studies to achieve the objectives of the study. The sample was a group of experts and specialists in the Ministry of Education and Palestinian regional universities. Delphi‘s circles have resulted in five areas of digital competencies, are as follows: Digital knowledge and its management - digital communication - digital safety and security - digital content creation and solving digital problem. استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الجدارات الرقمية الواجب تضمينها في برامج تدريب القيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في ضوء التوجه نحو التعليم الالكتروني، والتعرف إلى آراء الخبراء والمختصين في الجدارات الرقمية الواجب تضمينها في برامج تدريب القيادات التربوية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج المختلط، حيث تم الاستعانة بأسلوب دلفاي للدراسات الاستشرافية، وكانت العينة مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين في وزارة التربية والتعليم والجامعات الفلسطينية والإقليمية، وقد أسفرت جولات دلفاي عن خمسة مجالات للجدارات الرقمية وهي كالآتي:( المعرفة الرقمية وإدارتها- الاتصال والتواصل الرقمي- السلامة والأمان الرقمي- إنشاء المحتوى الرقمي- حل المشكلات الرقمية). وقد حصل المجالان(السلامة والأمان الرقمي- حل المشكلات الرقمية) على أعلى درجة اهتمام وتركيز من المختصين في جولات دلفاي.

    الحماية القانونية للاجئين في القانون الدولي والتشريع الجزائري

    As the world is witnessing a rise in the number of refugees due to conflicts and civil wars in their countries of origin, as a result of the adoption of many Western countries - the United States and the European Union - strict measures and asylum policies, the number of asylum seekers in Algeria, especially those from countries Syria, Western Sahara and Mali. Despite the Algerian state's ratification of the 1951 UN Refugee Convention, the biggest challenge lies in the effective implementation of international legal mechanisms for the protection and the establishment of refugees on the ground, Obligations under international treaties in the national law of the State. Keywords: Refugee, International Protection, State of Refuge, UNHCR, Algerian Red Crescent. في ظل ما يشهده العالم من ارتفاع لأعداد اللاجئين نتيجة للنزاعات والحروب الأهلية التي تعاني منها دولهم الأصلية، ونتيجة لاعتماد العديد من الدول الغربية -الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي- لتدابير مشددة وسياسات لجوء صارمة، ازداد عدد طالبي اللجوء في الجزائر خاصة أولئك القادمين من دول كسوريا والصحراء الغربية ومالي، ورغم مصادقة الدولة الجزائرية على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الخاصة باللاجئين لعام 1951 إلا أن التحدّي الأكبر يكمن في التنفيذ الفعلي للآليات القانونية الدولية الخاصة بحماية اللاجئين وتكريسها على أرض الواقع من خلال إدراج الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في المعاهدات الدولية في القانون الوطني للدولة.

    السلبية في شخصية الشباب الفلسطيني وعلاقتها بانهزامية الذات والاتجاه نحو الهجرة الخارجية بعد العدوان على غزة

    The study aimed to identify the levels of each of the negative character of the Palestinian youths as well as defeatist self and direction toward immigration in addition to the disclosure of the relationship between the negative and the trend towards immigration, as well as the possibility to predict the trend toward migration of young people through negative and defeatism.Study sample consists of (139) youths. The researcher used the questionnaire to collect information about the three main variables. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى مستويات كل من السلبية في شخصية الشاب الفلسطيني وكذلك انهزامية الذات واتجاهه نحو الهجرة بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين السلبية والاتجاه نحو الهجرة وكذلك إمكانية التنبؤ بالاتجاه نحو الهجرة لدى الشباب من خلال السلبية والانهزامية.وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (139) شاباً وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبيان لجمع معلومات حول المتغيرات الثلاث.

    - The study aimed to identify the impact of creative behavior on the performance of employees in the Gaza Governorates Electricity Distribution Company. - The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of employees working in the company, and the study sample size was (277) single, and the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر السلوك الإبداعي في أداء الموظفين في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين العاملين في الشركة، وكان حجم عينة الدراسة (277) مفردة، واعتمدت الدراسة الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات.

    العوامل المؤثرة في مستوى الإفصاح عن المعلومات المالية وغير المالية المنشورة على المواقع الالكترونية للشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين للعام 2020م

    The study aimed at identifying the factors affecting the declaration level of financial and non-financial information which are published on the websites of companies listed on the Palestine Exchange in 2020, totaled (48) companies, as well as detecting the declaration extent of these companies about their financial and non-financial information published on the companies’ websites. The researchers used the Descriptive Analytical Approach and the method of content analysis, as well as a table prepared to examine the level of declaration included (26) items. The most important results showed that (94.6%) of the companies have websites, and the declaration level about the websites of these companies is high, as the item of the board of directors had the highest level at rate of (93.75%), and the item of educational qualification of employees had the lowest level at rate of (27.08%). Furthermore, the results showed that there are a statistically significant impact on the size, profitability and nature of the company’s activity in the declaration level. In contrast, there is no statistically significant effect for the liquidity and age of the company on the declaration level of financial information هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى العوامل المؤثرة في مستوى الإفصاح عن المعلومات المالية وغير المالية المنشورة على مواقع الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين للعام 2020م، والبالغ عددها (48) شركة، وكذلك التعرف إلى أي مدى تقوم هذه الشركات بالإفصاح عن معلوماتها المالية وغير المالية المنشورة على مواقع الشركات الإلكترونية. لقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وأسلوب تحليل المحتوى في هذه الدراسة، وتم إعداد جدول لفحص مستوى الإفصاح يشتمل على 26 بنداً، ، وأيضاً تم إجراء عمليات التحليل الإحصائي اللازمة للوصول إلى النتائج، حيث كان أبرزها أن (94.6 %) من الشركات تمتلك موقعاً إلكترونياً، وأن مستوى الإفصاح على المواقع الإلكترونية لهذه الشركات مرتفع نوعاً ما، حيث جاء بند مجلس الإدارة بنسبة(93.75%)، وأدنى بند المؤهل العلمي للموظفين (27.08%)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لحجم الشركة، وربحيتها، وطبيعة نشاطها في مستوى الإفصاح، وفي المقابل عدم وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لسيولة الشركة وعمرها في مستوى الإفصاح عن المعلومات المالية.

    القضاء والإفتاء " دراسة مقارنة بينهما في الشريعة "

    The judiciary and the fatwa are two wide and significant words in our Sharia. The judiciary settles disputes between people, and the fatwa clarifies the rulings for the questioners and fatwa seekers, and there are some common issues between them, just as there is some difference. And in order to reach the common and disagreeable points between them, the researcher has decided to address this issue in detail and root. The researcher dealt with this topic, in two sections. The first one was an introduction to the judiciary and the fatwa in terms of definition, history, origins and importance. The second section addressed with the comparison between the judiciary and the fatwa, in order to reach the most important common issues between them, as well as the differences, and the aim of that is to explain the most important differences between the judiciary and the fatwa, which caused an overlap for many people between them. القضاء والإفتاء كلمتان كبيرتان خطيرتان في شريعتنا، فالقضاء يفصل النزاعات بين الناس، والإفتاء يُبين الأحكام للسائلين والمستفتين، وبينهما بعض الأمور المشتركة، كما يوجد شيء من الإختلاف، ولأجل الوصول للمشترك بينهما والمختلف فيه رأى الباحث أن يتناول هذه المسألة تفصيلاً وتأصيلاً، وقد تناول الباحث هذا الموضوع، في مبحثين، تناول المبحث الأول مقدمة عن القضاء والإفتاء من حيث التعريف والتاريخ والأصول والأهمية، وتناول المبحث الثاني المقارنة بين القضاء والإفتاء وصولاً لأهم الأمور المشتركة بينهما، كذلك الاختلاف بينهما، والهدف من ذلك بيان أهم الفروق بين القضاء والإفتاء والتي حدث تداخل بينهما عند كثير من الناس.

    This study aimed to identify relationship between leadership with love and job performance among school principals in Hebron Governorate from their point of view, and highlight leadership with love (Paternal leadership) or as it is called leadership by the instinct of motherhood as an effective leadership style. The study population consisted of all school principals in Hebron Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021, who numbered (529) male and female principals. يعدٌ مبدأ المحبة أهم المبادئ التي تسهم في تنمية العلاقات الإنسانية وتطويرها بين أفراد المؤسسة التربوية، فيعمل الجميع في ظل هذا المبدأ في راحة وطمأنينة، ويصبح العمل ذا كفاءة عالية، وبالتالي رفع مستوى المؤسسة، ومتى تمكن القائد التربوي من تطبيق هذا المبدأ في نفوس العاملين معه في المؤسسة فإنه يجني الثمار التي تتمثل في تهيئة جو مناسب من الود والتفاهم الذي يسهم في بناء علاقات إنسانية سليمة، ويعمل الجميع من أجل تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التربوية. إن حاجتنا لقيادة نحبها في جميع مناحي أعمالنا وظروفنا أمر بالغ الأهمية، وهو توجه استراتيجي يجب العمل به وتبنيه بشكل متكامل، وحاجتنا إليها أشد من حاجة الأرض الميتة لماء السماء، فإذا ما وجدناها اخضرَت قلوبنا وتفتقت عقولنا ونمت أبداننا لنرتقي بعد ذلك إلى العلا مرتقاً صعباً ونتبوَّأ من المجد متبوأً عالياً، وتعود المنظمات العربية إلى موقعها الصحيح في الرَيادة والتميَز والتفوَق (الدحدوح، 2020).

    المشاركة الـوالـديــة وعلاقتها بدافـعـيـة الإنـجـاز لدى الـطـالبـات ذوات صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلماتهن

    This study aimed to point out the relationship between parental involvement of the parents of female students with learning difficulties and achievement motivation, from their teachers' perspective. In the primary schools in Dammam city in Eastern region. The study included a sample of (17) learning difficulties teachers, they answered on behalf of (85) female students with learning difficulties and their parents. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى العلاقة بين المشاركة الوالدية ودافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر معلماتهن في المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة (الدمام)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (17) معلمة صعوبات التعلم، أجبن عن (85) طالبة من الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم وعن أولياء أمورهن. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى المشاركة الوالدية لأولياء أمور الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم كان مرتفعًا، وكذلك مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة (كبيرة وموجبة) دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α=0.05 (بين مستوى المشاركة الوالدية لأولياء أمور الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لديهن.
