    Banking Financial Stability Measured by Credit Risk Measurements (Quantitative Technique): New Evidence from Palestinian Commercial Banking Sector.

    Credit risk management is the vital part of the comprehensive management and in addition to part of the control system. Credit risk is entirely considered as the most important risk for banks and financial institutions in general due to it being related with every trade transaction and financial activities. Banks must fulfill the priorities and the international standards of financial stability and sustainability. The present study is an attempt to evaluate and measure the Palestinian banking sector performance. For this reason, credit risk management approach (basically a quantitative technique includes; Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Leverage, Liquidity and Earning) has been implemented. A total of 13 banks were selected for a nine-year period from 2011 till 2019). This approach found that all the selected banks are in unsatisfactory performance.

    Quality Framework for achieving sustainability and Improvement in Higher Education sector in Palestine

    This paper explored the theoretical constructs and implementation of quality models to contextualize and integrate quality models to design and build a framework for continuous improvement in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Palestine, on the other hand to promote the Arabic identity for the national HEIs. Furthermore, this research points out that there is great need for institutional quality in Palestine higher education sector, the changing Palestinian higher education landscape and particularly the improvement and incorporation of HEIs requires a framework to ensure institutional quality in the higher education sector, focusing on areas like teaching and learning, governance, marketing, finances and other institutional operations which are not a focus of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC) audits.     Nowadays, the world lives in a rapid development circumstance in all of our life aspects, especially in scientific and research development, which formed the basis for the development of societies. In addition, developed countries began to appear through the results of their efforts and Scientifics and research achievements. On the other hand, the concept of sustainability appeared not so long ago and became one of the most important topics that researchers focused on, as well as major institutions and international companies, and the concept of sustainability became a target of the general and private institutions at the same time. Moreover, with the development of science as well as the development of scientific research methods, there are an abundance of resources and researches that contribute to the development of modern systems, economy, industry, education, etc. Not only do researches contribute to overcome difficulties, but also, they support innovation and direct decision makers' attention for sustainability problems inside organizations as well society. Therefore, everyone, without exception, is striving to get the benefit from this scientific development and to achieve the concept of sustainability, which brings many benefits to those who succeed in this. In addition, this research is identifying the main variables and challenges related to scientific research and their relationship with sustainability, as well as we develop and present a conceptual framework to support the implementation of sustainability in Palestinian institutions, and offer a proposed sustainability model. To accomplish this research, researchers used modern scientific research methods, including the exploratory research method and a meta-review of previous literature in depth to reach the best results that serve the objective of the research and to build on these results

    Globally, a scientific research plays a crucial role in the establishment of modernization and it is the main way for sustainable development .As the developed countries have achieved notable progress in the field of science and technology with great contributions depending on the scientific research as an approach to expand their capabilities in high efficiency manner. Locally, Palestine is one of less developed countries as most of its development indicators as well as major problems and challenges are similar to those found in other less developed countries يلعب البحث العلمي دوراً أساسياً في قيام الحضارات، وهو المدخل الحقيقي والصحيح لتنمية المجتمع، حيث أن الدول المتقدمة التي حققت تقدماً ملموساً في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا إنما هي دول آمنت أساساً بالبحث العلمي أسلوباً ووسيلة ومنهاجاً وتمكنت من خلال البحث العلمي من أن تطوع امكاناتها من أجل تحقيق التنمية والتقدم لمجتمعاتها. يمكن تصنيف فلسطين ضمن قائمة دول العالم الثالث بالنظر إلى أن معظم مؤشرات التنمية فيها تماثل ما هو موجود في الدول النامية. وهو ما يعني أن فلسطين بشكل عام تعاني من نفس المشاكل والتحديات الرئيسية التي تشترك فيها الدول النامية، مثل تدني مستوى الخدمات بشكل عام، وضعف المرافق والبنى التحتية، وانخفاض مستوى توظيف العلم والتكنولوجيا في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، إلى غير ذلك من المشاكل والتحديات التي تتجلى في معظم الدول الفقيرة والنامية. وقد أدى كل ما سبق من تحديات ومشاكل إلى انعكاسات واضحة على مختلف مناحي حياة الفلسطينيين وعلى وجه الخصوص ما يتعلق بالجانب الاقتصادي وذلك في ظل غياب الابداع والبحث العلمي والاستثمار في عقول البشر

    التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في فلسطين

    This study aimed to identify the 17 sustainable development goals issued by the United Nations and the possibility of achieving them in Palestine, and to identify the reality of the national plan to achieve the sustainable development goals, in addition to analyzing the capabilities that must be developed for achieving sustainable development. The study concluded that the Palestinian government faces many challenges represented mainly In the Israeli occupation, where Israeli restrictions impede access to resources (land, water, electricity, knowledge, cultural heritage, telecommunications, etc.). In addition, هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهداف التنمية المستدامة إلـ 17 الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة وإمكانية تحقيقها في فلسطين، والتعرف على واقع الخطة الوطنية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل الإمكانات التي ينبغي تطويرها لغرض تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحكومة الفلسطينية تواجه العديد من التحديات تتمثل بشكل أساسي في الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، حيث تعرقل القيود الإسرائيلية الوصول إلى الموارد (الأرض، والمياه، والكهرباء، والمعرفة، والموروث الثقافي والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، وغيرها)، وتفرض حصارا جائرا على قطاع غزة وتعزل القدس الشرقية عن محيطها، مما يؤدي إلى عرقلة تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة

    التحديات القانونية للتنمية المستدامة في فلسطين

    Sustainable development contributes to the development and advancement of societies, so it is of paramount importance as it is considered an integral part of the relations within society and between societies, which requires the intervention of international and national law to regulate these relations and achieve sustainable development for its objectives, and this study came to clarify this matter and clarify its concepts, explaining its topics, and then verifying its presence at the required level in Palestine; Through it, it was found that the reality of sustainable development in Palestine is not at the hoped-for level, as it faces many challenges, perhaps the most serious of which are the political challenges that had the greatest impact on the law’s failure to play the role hoped for in framing the dimensions of sustainable development and contributing to achieving its goals. تساهم التنمية المستدامة في تطور ورُقي المجتمعات لذلك هي ذات أهمية قصوى، كما أنَّها تعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ من العلاقات الدائرة داخل المجتمع وبين المجتمعات، وهو الأمر الذي يستدعي تدخل القانون بفرعية الدولي والوطني لتنظيم هذه العلاقات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة لأهدافها، ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان ذلك الأمر وتوضيح مفاهيمه وشرح موضوعاته ومن ثم التحقق من تواجده على المستوى المطلوب في فلسطين؛ فمن خلالها تبين أنَّ واقع التنمية المستدامة في فلسطين ليس على المستوى المأمول فهي تواجه عديد التحديات، لعل أخطرها التحديات السياسية التي كان لها الأثر الأعظم في عدم قيام القانون بالدور المأمول منه في تأطير أبعاد التنمية المستدامة والمساهمة في تحقيق أهدافها

ICT is also changing the nature, footsteps, and location of economic activities and creating products with new markets, institutions, and values, which, unlike its predecessors, are widely accessible. ان خطى التغيرات التكنولوجية قد تسارعت متزامنة مع بلورة راس المال البشري حيث تزايدت قيمة وأهمية البحث والتطوير والاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة وما في ذلك من اذكاء روح المنافسة في الأسواق الدولية . كما اخذت تعمل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على تغيير طبيعة الانشطة الاقتصادية وخطواته وموقعه وتنشأ منتجات بأسواق ومؤسسات وقيم جديدة ، وهذه التكنولوجيا على خلاف سابقاتها يمكن الوصول أليها على نطاق واسع . كما حلت البرامج الجاهزة محل المعدات بوصفها المكون الرئيسي للكفاءة والميزة التنافسية والمواد المتقدمة صناعيا محل الموارد الطبيعية في معظم مراحل وعمليات الإنتاج ، مما أسفر عن تقليص استخدام الموارد الطبيعية في المنتجات خاصة الصناعية بشكل ملحوظ . ومع الامتزاج بالذكاء البشري حلت تكنولوجيا المعلومات ايضا محل راس المال المادي كعامل رئيسي من عوامل الإنتاج . وفي عصر الصناعات القائمة على القدرة العقلية اصبحت المهارات والمعرفة اساس راس المال البشري وصار لازماً على الشركات والدول التخطيط لتنمية الموارد البشرية وفق مؤشرات الاقتصاد المعرفي .

    The interest in distance education has increased in various developed countries and many developing countries, and it has become an important part of the educational systems because of its advantages that guarantee investment in human capital, and contribute to the process of economic and social progress, and change the way of thinking and lifestyle. Important for decision makers in all public sectors, and is based on the philosophy that man learns for life, and this requires the provision of various forms of educational means. The research problem comes in the main question: (How can education affect the sustainable development process? The research problem can be identified in the light of the main questions addressed, namely: تصاعد الاهتمام بالتعليم عن بعد في مختلف الدول المتقدمة والعديد من الدول النامية، وباتْ يُعد جزءاً مهماً من الأنظمة التعليمية لما يمتلكه من مزايا تَضمن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، كما تُسهم في عملية التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وتغير من النمط التفكيري وأسلوب الحياة، كما يُعد أداة مهمة لمتخذي القرار في جميع القطاعات العامة، ويُستند على فلسلفة ان الانسان يتعلم مدى الحياة وهذا يتطلب من توفير اشكال متنوعة من وسائل التعليم، ,تأتي مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيسي وهو: )كيف يمكن ان يؤثر التعليم في العملية التنموية المستدامة؟ ويمكن تحديد مشكلة البحث في ضوء ما تناولته الأسئلة الرئيسة

    التمويل الأصغر المقدم من مؤسسات الاقراض وأثره على البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة في فلسطين

    The study aimed to measure the impact of microfinance on economic aspect sustainable development in Palestine during the period from “2013 to 2020”. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the econometrics approach The study used the time series data which concluded that contain the economic changes on the unit root, which means unstable through time and the changes became stable post the first variation. Also the vector error correction model (VECM) was used to estimate the impact of microfinance on economic aspect of sustainable development. هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التمويل الأصغر المقدم من مؤسسات الإقراض في البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة في فلسطين خلال الفترة (2020-2013)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج القياسي، واستخدمت الدارسة بيانات السلاسل الزمنية وقد بينت النتائج على احتواء المتغيرات الاقتصادية على جذر الوحدة، أي أنها غير مستقرة عبر الزمن، وتصبح المتغيرات مستقرة بعد الفروق الأولى، وقد تم استخدام طريقة تصحيح الخطأ الموجه (VECM) لتقدير أثر التمويل الأصغر في البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة

    التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية: بين الواقع والمأمول

    This study aimed to identify sustainable development in NGOs in the southern Palestinian governorates. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to know the impact of human resource management practices on a sustainable development, and a questionnaire was designed and used to collect primary data from the study sample. The application was applied to workers in the upper and middle management in the (NGOs) in the southern governorates. The study population consisted of (996) organizations operating in the southern Palestinian governorates. The researcher followed the intentional sampling method, which consisted of (115) organizations, from which (109) organizations responded where (199) questionnaires were distributed and (176) questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of (88.44%). هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة التنمية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية، كما تم تصميم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع العاملين ذات المناصب الأشرافية في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من (996) منظمة عاملة في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وقامت الباحثة بإستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل وإتباع العينة القصدية (الغرضية) المكونة من (115) منظمة استجابت منها عدد (109) منظمة حيث تم توزيع (199) استبيان وتم استرداد (176) استبيان بنسبة استرداد بلغت (88.44%).

    التنمية المستدامة في ضوء القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية

    The research dealt with an important topic of contemporary issues that touches reality, which is sustainable development, and its definition and statement of its purpose from an Islamic perspective, and then the definition of the Holy Qur’an, and mentioning the stages that sustainable development has gone through through the Qur’anic verses, and then mentioning the evidence for sustainable development in the Qur’anic verses. And clarifying the aspect of sustainable development in it, and then defining the Sunnah of the Prophet and stating its position and function in legislation, then mentioning examples and evidence for sustainable development in the Prophetic Sunnah through hadiths, and clarifying the aspect of sustainable development in it, in order to prove sustainable development in the Qur’an and Sunnah Explaining the keenness of Islamic legislation on it, and urging it to work with it تناول البحث موضوعاً مهماً من المواضيع المعاصرة التي تلامس الواقع، وهو التنمية المستدامة، وتعريفها وبيان المقصود منها من منظور إسلامي، ومن ثم تعريف القرآن الكريم، وذكر المراحل التي مرت بها التنمية المستدامة من خلال الآيات القرآنية، ومن ثم ذكر الأدلة على التنمية المستدامة بالآيات القرآنية، وبيان وجه التنمية المستدامة فيها، ومن ثم تعريف السنة النبوية وبيان مكانتها ووظيفتها في التشريع، ثم ذكر الأمثلة والأدلة على التنمية المستدامة في السنة النبوية من خلال الأحاديث ، وبيان وجه التنمية المستدامة فيها ، وصولاً إلى إثبات التنمية المستدامة في القرآن والسنة ، وبيان حرص التشريع الإسلامي عليها، وحضه على العمل بها، لما تحققه هذه التنمية من مصالح للناس في العاجل والآجل، وهو ما تسعى إليه الشريعة؛ بل هو مدار مقاصدها بجلب المصالح للناس ودرء المفاسد عنهم.

    التوجــه الإستراتيجــي لــوزارة الداخليـــة الفلسطينيـــة نحـو توظيـف مخرجــات البحث العلمي

    This study aimed to identify the strategic direction of the Ministry of Interior and National Security towards employing the outputs of scientific research. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method, and they designed a questionnaire for the purpose of data collection. The study community consists of (2235) supervisory positions in the Ministry of Interior and National Security Where the researchers used the random sample method by distributing the questionnaire to the study population (276) questionnaires were recovered, with a percentage of (84.14%). هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التوجه الاستراتيجي لوزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني نحو توظيف مخرجات البحث العلمي وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصف التحليلي، وقاما بتصميم استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، يتكون مجتمع الدارسة من (2235) من أصحاب الوظائف الاشرافية في وزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني حيث استخدم الباحثان اسلوب العينة العشوائية من خلال توزيع الاستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة وتم استرداد (276) استبانة بنسبة (84.14%).

    الرقابة الحكومية على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية في فلسطين (دراسة حالة: وزارة شؤون المرأة)

    The study aimed to examine the role of governmental oversight in its dimensions, which represented in (control techniques, control standards, actual performance measurement and supervisory evaluation) on the implementation of CEDAW in achieving human development by applying it to the Palestinian Ministry of Women's Affairs The study used the descriptive analytical approach to reach the results and the questionnaire to collect primary data, the study community consists of (83) workers of the Palestinian Ministry of Women Affairs. The study found that there is a significant statistical impact of governmental oversight on the implementation of the CEDAW agreement in achieving human development, through (the supervisory standards dimension "positive effect", measuring actual performance "negative impact", and supervisory evaluation "positive effect." While there is no impact of the control techniques dimension in achieving human development. هدفت الدراسةُ الى توضيح دور الرقابة الحكومية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (الأساليب الرقابية، المعايير الرقابية، قياس الأداء الفعلي والتقييم الرقابي) على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية؛ وذلك بالتطبيق على وزارة شؤون المرأة الفلسطينية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ واستخدمت الدراسة لجمع البيانات الأولية كلًا من أداة الاستبانة والمقابلة، وتمَّ تطبيق الاستبانة على العاملين في وزارة شؤون المرأة الفلسطينية، وقد تمثّل مجتمع الدراسة من (83) موظفًا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ذي دلالة إحصائية للرقابة الحكومية على تنفيذ اتفاقية سيداو في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية، وذلك من خلال (بُعد المعايير الرقابية "أثر إيجابي"، قياس الأداء الفعلي "أثر سلبي"، التقييم الرقابي "أثر إيجابي") في حين عدم وجود تأثير لبُعد الأساليب الرقابية في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية

    المستودعات الرقمية الجامعية كمؤشر على تطوير البحث العلمي ودورها فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

    Research Objective: The research aims to identify university digital repositories as an indicator of the development of scientific research and its role in achieving sustainable development. Research Community And Sample: The research was applied to three Palestinian universities (Al-Azhar University, Al-Isra University, Palestine University, Gaza University), and the research sample was academics working in the universities under study. Research Methodology: The descriptive analytical method was used and secondary data was obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to the research community using the stratified random sample according to the university under study. هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المستودعات الرقمية الجامعية كمؤشر على تطوير البحث العلمي ودورها فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. مجتمع وعينة البحث: طبق البحث على أربع جامعات فلسطينية وهى (جامعة الأزهر، جامعة الإسراء، جامعة فلسطين، جامعة غزة)، وعينة البحث الأكاديميين العاملين فى الجامعات محل الدراسة. منهج البحث: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والحصول على البيانات الثانوية من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على مجتمع البحث باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية حسب الجامعة محل الدراسة.

    The study aimed to identify the level of governance and sustainable development among health committee workers, the impact of governance on sustainable development and statistically significant differences in the interaction between governance and sustainable development; The study population consisted of 350 employees in the Union of Health Work Committees, to achieve the goal of the study a descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was designed as tool to collect data, and the study sample consisted of (38) individuals, which is the administrative layer in the institution.     أثر جائحة كورنا على ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في القطاع الصحي للمنظمات الأهلية في المحافظات الجنوبية (دراسة تطبيقية : اتحاد لجان العمل الصحي)

    The aim of the research paper is to study the impact of the Corona pandemic on the sustainable development dimensions of the Union of Health Work Committees, and to highlight the sustainable development dimensions of the Union of Health Work Committees under the Corona Pandemic. The researcher used the deductive descriptive approach where data were collected from its core sources and through interviews with professionals. Most importantly, the study found a positive relationship between the Corona pandemic and the sustainable development dimensions of the Federation of Health Work Committees, and found a positive impact between the Corona Pandemic and the sustainable development dimensions of the Union of Health Work Committees. Based on the findings, the study recommends that the positive of the Health Action Committees Union be maintained, that the health sector be brought to the attention of investors and that health crises not be awaited. الهدف من الورقة البحثية دراسة أثر جائحة كورنا على ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في اتحاد لجان العمل الصحي، وتسليط الضوء على ابعاد التنمية المستدامة باتحاد لجان العمل الصحي في ظل جائحة كورونا، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي حيث تم جمع البيانات من مصادرها الأساسية و من خلال المقابلات مع ذوي الاختصاص. توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين جائحة كورونا وابعاد التنمية المستدامة باتحاد لجان العمل الصحي، وتبين وجود أثر ايجابي بين جائحة كورونا وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة باتحاد لجان العمل الصحي.

The tool of the study was a questionnaire that consists of (7) domains and (50) statements. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى تحديات البحث العلمي التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى وسبل التغلب عليها، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، والمكونة من (7) محاور، وبلغ عدد فقراتها (50) فقرة، وطبقت على عينة بلغت (53) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة .

    تحليل العلاقة بين الإنفاق على البحث العلمي والنمو الاقتصادي كأحد مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2019

Study model هدفت الدراسة الى تحليل العلاقة بين مؤشرات الانفاق على البحث العلمي والتطوير وبعض مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة تم إختيار مؤشر " النمو الاقتصادي" في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2019 باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ، وإتباع خطوات تعتمد على عدة اختبارات أهمها إختبار الاستقرارية لمتغيرات الدراسة ADF ، إختبار التكامل المشترك بإستخدام إختبار الحدود (Bounds test)، بالإضافة إلى تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ والعلاقة قصيرة الأجل والعلاقة طويلة الأجل لنموذج ARDL، وبينت النتائج المتوصل إليها أن قيمة بلغن مانسبته86.75 % أي أن المتغيرات يفسر 86.75 % من تباين معدلات النمو الاقتصادي ( المتغير التابع ) ، أما المتغيرات الأخرى والتي يعكسها المتغير العشوائي فتفسر بنسبة 3.25%1 من تباين المتغير التابع وبالتالي فإن يعكس جودة توفيق خط الانحدار وبينت النتائج أيضا، أن هناك علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين معدلات النمو الاقتصادي والمتغيرات التوضيحية وبالتالي وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات نموذج الدراسة .

    تقييم جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات في الجامعة الإسلامية ودوره في تقديم حلول للحالات الطارئة وسبل تطويره

    هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات في الجامعة الإسلامية، وتوضيح دوره في تقديم حلول للحالات الطارئة، والوصول إلى سبل مقترحة لتطويره، ولتحقيق الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج التطويري، واعتمدت الباحثة على الاستبانة التي أجريت على عينة بلغت (47) خريجاً وخريجة من برنامج إدارة الأزمات، واستجاب منهم (35) خريجاً وخريجة، والمقابلات الشخصية التي شارك فيها (5) خبراء في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث من الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن جودة مخرجات برنامج إدارة الأزمات بالجامعة الإسلامية جاءت مرتفعة، وبوزن نسبي (78.20%)، وحصل بعد الانتاج الفكري والعلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس على المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي مرتفع (80.52%)، ثم بعد نوعية الرسائل العلمية بوزن نسبي مرتفع (78.48%)، وأخيراً بعد قدرات ومهارات الخريج بوزن نسبي مرتفع أيضاً (75.30%)، وأن دور برنامج إدارة الأزمات في تقديم حلول للمجتمع الفلسطيني في الحالات الطارئة بوزن نسبي مرتفع (79.60%).

    : The study sought to evaluate the role of scientific research centers in achieving sustainable development: An analytical study: The Islamic and Al-Azhar Universities in Gaza, The study relied on the analysis of research centers and graduate programs and their relationship to sustainable development in the universities under study, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, due to its relevance to the nature of the analytical study, By analyzing a set of reports and documents, as well as a description of the activities issued by the relevant authorities, In addition to the interview method, The data has been reorganized after it was analyzed according to the objectives of the study, Finding meaningful indicators after analyzing the documents and published content, One of the most important results was that universities have research centers and various postgraduate programs that are directly related to the dimensions of sustainable development, but they have clear shortcomings in the field of modern technology, applied engineering and medical sciences, In addition to the lack of accurate guidance for scientific research programs in universities according to link and priority within the government’s sustainable development plan, whether in the economic, technological, environmental, social and political fields, It does not appear that there is close cooperation between the private sector and graduate studies to finance research studies سعت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور مراكز البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة تحليلية: جامعتي الإسلامية والأزهر بغزة, وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل مراكز البحوث وبرامج الدراسات العليا ومدى ارتباطها في التنمية المستدامة لدى الجامعات محل الدراسة, واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة التحليلية, وذلك بتحليل مجموعة من التقارير والوثائق وكذلك الوصف للأنشطة الصادرة من الجهات ذات العلاقة، بالإضافة لأسلوب المقابلة, وقد تم إعادة تنظيم البيانات وذلك بعد أن تم تحليلها وفق أهداف الدراسة، والخلوص الى مؤشرات ذات دلالة بعد تحليل الوثائق والمحتوى المنشور، وكان من أهم النتائج أن لدى الجامعات مراكز بحثية وبرامج دراسات عليا متنوعة ترتبط مباشرة في مجال أبعاد التنمية المستدامة ولكن لديها قصور واضح في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة والهندسة التطبيقية وعلوم الطب, اضافة لعدم وجود توجيه دقيق لبرامج البحث العلمي بالجامعات حسب الارتباط والأولوية ضمن خطة التنمية المستدامة الحكومية سواء في المجال الاقتصادي, والتكنولوجي, والبيئي والاجتماعي والسياسي, ولا يظهر أن هناك تعاون وثيق ما بين القطاع الخاص والدراسات عليا لتمويل دراسات بحثية
