Itemقانون الأحوال الشحصية المعمول به في الضفة الغربية وحاجته للتعديل أو الاستبدال من وجهة نظر المحامين الشرعيين( 2020-07-01)هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استطلاع وجهة نظر المحامين الشرعيين في قانون الأحوال الشخصية المعمول به في أراضي الضفة الغربية، ومدى الحاجة-من وجهة نظرهم- إلى تعديله أو إصدار قانون أحوال شخصية فلسطيني جديد، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في أن القانون الشرعي المعمول به مضى على وجوده ما يقارب الأربعين عاماً، وهو من وضع المملكة الأردنية، ووجود أصوات تطالب بإصدار قانون فلسطيني جديد، وتدعي وجود قصور وثغرات في القانون المطبق، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف مادة البحث وتحليلها، من خلال تحليلبيانات عينة استطلاعية من المحامين الشرعيين في المحافظات الشمالية الفلسطينية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن غالبية المحامين الشرعيين ترى وجوب إصدار قانون أحوال شخصية فلسطيني جديد، وأن القانون المطبق لعام 1976م يعاني من قصور في شتى جوانبه، ولا يتلاءم مع خصوصية المجتمع الفلسطيني، كما ترى الأغلبية وجود حاجة وأهمية لإصدار قانون فلسطيني جديد، وأن الفلسطينيين يمتلكون الكفاءة لإخراجه بالصورة المطلوبة. This study aims at explore the view of the Shari’a lawyers in the personal status law in the West Bank and the need to amend it or issue a new Palestinian personal status law. The problem of the study is that the the Shari’a law in force has been applied for nearly 40 years. It has been developed by the Kingdom of Jordan, and there are of voices calling for the issuance of a new Palestinian law, claiming the existence of deficiencies and gaps in the law applied. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the research material, through analyzing a survey sample of lawyers in the northern Palestinian governorates. It was pointed out that the majority of Shari’a lawyers believe that a new Palestinian personal status law should be issued, and that the law applied in 1976 suffers from deficiencies in all its aspects and does not suit the privacy of Palestinian society as required. Itemواقع تشخيص الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدارس المنظقة الشرقية( 2020-07-01)This study aimed to identify the reality of the diagnosis of students from the point of view of teachers with learning difficulties in schools in the Eastern Province, and to reveal whether there are responses of the study sample individuals attributable to a variable (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). The study population consisted of (300) male and female teachers, while the study sample consisted of (230) male and female teachers. Among the most important results of the study: There is a variation in the degree of consent of the study sample individuals to the criteria used in diagnosing those with learning difficulties. It turns out that the highest criteria used are the special education criterion for detecting students, and the lowest used are: (the criterion for responding to the intervention to detect students with learning difficulties, using at least 3 scales to detect students with learning difficulties) While there is a discrepancy in the degree of approval of the study sample members on the criteria used to identify people with learning difficulties, and the most prominent expressions that obtained the degree of approval in this axis such as: (Curriculum-based tests are used, and the results of at least one measure are satisfied when determining the eligibility of the student / For special education services in learning difficulties), and the most prominent statements that obtained a neutral score in this axis are: (Formal measures are used to measure the mental ability of the student / girl, formal measures are used to measure the developmental abilities of the student). While there are statistically significant differences with the difference in academic qualification, in favor of holders of (Higher Diploma with Learning Difficulties). With different years of experience, and for the benefit of study sample individuals with years of experience (11 years or more). And the difference between gender in favor of females. The study recommended taking the test of response to intervention into consideration when making the diagnosis, and applying mental ability and developmental tests formally in schools.

Itemدور الأسرة في الكشف عن اصابة الطفل بطيف التوحد في شهور عمره الأولى وأهمية التدخل للحد منه( 2020-07-01)The study aimed to investigate the role of the family in identifying a child with autism spectrum in the first months of his life and the importance of intervention to reduce it, identifying a child with autism spectrum and ways to overcome them. The sample included (80) parents and therapists from (Jeddah - Medina - Makkah Al-Mukarramah), representing the study population, and the researcher It yielded results: identifying the beginning of a child with autism spectrum in his first months of life "came with a(Weak) degree from the point of view of the study sample, where the general mean of the questionnaire was (2.02) with a standard deviation of (.421); While there is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the sample about the axes of the questionnaire as a whole according to the gender variable, and there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the opinions of the sample about the total score of the questionnaire according to the region variable in favor of the sample members residing in the Riyadh region; Researcher recommends The need to provide more training courses for families of autistic children to make them aware of how to diagnose autism during the first periods, and the Media support and awareness-raising regarding dealing with autistic children and work to limit its negative effects on the family in general and the mother in particular.
