دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردني

Abstract

ھدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور اقتصادیات التعلیم في مواجھة تحدیات سوق العمل الأردني، والتعرف على أبرز التحدیات التي تواجھ سوق العمل. تم الاعتماد على المنھج الوصفي التحلیلي في جمع البیانات والوصول إلى أھداف الدراسة. تكونت عینة الدراسة من (763) عضو من أعضاء ھیئة التدریس في الجامعات الأردنیة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ھناك درجة متوسطة للتحدیات التي تواجه سوق العمل الأردني. وأن ھناك درجة متوسطة لدور اقتصادیات التعلیم في مواجھة تحدیات سوق العمل الأردني. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في جمیع أبعاد دور اقتصادیات التعلیم في مواجھة تحدیات سوق العمل الاردني والمتمثلة بـــ (التحدیات التي تواجة سوق العمل ِ ًالاردني، دور اقتصادیات التعلیم في مواجھة تحدیات سوق العمل الاردني ) تبعا لمتغیرات الدراسة ( الجنس، العمر، الرتبة الأكادیمیة). وأوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على وضع سیاسات حكومیة في توفیر فرص عمل لأعداد الطلبة الخریجین من الجامعات وتوجیھھم أثناء قبولھم في الجامعات إلى التخصصات المطلوبة لسوق العمل. This study aims to identify the role of education in the face of the economies of the Jordanian labor market challenges, and to identify the major challenges facing the labor market. It has been relying on the descriptive and analytical approach in data collection and access to the objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (763), a member of the faculty in Jordanian universities faculty members. The study found that there is a medium degree of the challenges facing the Jordanian labor market. And that there is a medium degree of Economics of the role of education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges. And that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in all dimensions of the role of education economics in the face of labor Jordanian market challenges and of (b challenges facing the Jordanian labor market, the role of the Economics of Education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges) depending on the variables of the study ( Gender, age, Academic Rank). The researcher recommended the need to work on the development of government policies in providing job opportunities for the number of graduates from universities and guiding them during admission to universities in the disciplines required for the labor market.
