Abstract
The study aimed to outline a proposed educational vision to strength the
community participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University
by using Delphi method. To achieve this goals, the descriptive approach was used
alongside the Delphi method, and two questionnaires were developed to collect the
data. The study sample included (460) female students from the Department of
Social Sciences at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Taibah University in
Medina, in addition to a sample of (19) experts in a number of Saudi universities.
The study results indicated that the strengthening fields of the community
participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University inside and
outside the campus from the perspectives of the students themselves came with a
(medium degree). It was also found that there are obstacles that limit strengthening
of this participation from the perspectives of the students themselves with a (high
degree), while there aren't statistically significant differences at the level (0.05
α) between the averages of the study members' estimates regarding the obstacles
that limit the strengthening of the community participation of female students of
social studies at Taiba University due to two variables: (university level,
specialization). The study recommended several recommendations, including:
Embrace the proposed educational vision by the Ministry of Education and Taibah
University to strength the community participation of female students of social
studies, and work to provide the legislative, financial and human requirements
necessary to implement it.
