The researcher believes that it is one of the most dangerous and violent violations practiced by the occupation army The Israeli surprise night arrests that cause panic and fear terror, as well as the use of the painful hand-tying method, which makes the child feel that he is a criminal, which leaves a bad psychological impact on the subconscious mind, which leads to a police connection and the association of entering the night with feelings of fear, panic and psychological pain that subjecting the Palestinian child to arrest means penetrating his life Childishness and isolation of his personality from all surrounding reality that is directed and warm, such as motherhood, fatherhood, family and other things هدفت الدارسة الحالية الي التعرف على الانعكاسات النفسية والاجتماعية لانتهاكات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق الأطفال الفلسطينيين الواردة في التقارير الدولية، والتعرف على مدي فعالية التقارير الدولية في الحد من الانعكاسات النفسية والاجتماعية لانتهاكات الجيش الإسرائيلي بحق الأطفال الفلسطينيين ، ترى الباحثة انه من أخطر وأعنف الانتهاكات التي يمارسها جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي هي الاعتقالات الليلية المفاجأة التي تسبب الهلع والخوف الرعب كما استخدام أسلوب ربط الأيدي المؤلم الذي يشعر الطفل بأنه مجرم مما يترك الاثر النفسي السيء بالعقل الباطن مما يؤدي الي ارتباط شرطي واقتران دخول الليل مع مشاعر الخوف والهلع والالم النفسي أن تعرض الطفل الفلسطيني للاعتقال يعني اختراق حياته الطفولية وعزل لشخصيته عن كل الواقع المحيط الموجه والدافئ مثل الأمومة والأبوة والأسرة وما سواها ذهنياً وعاطفياً ومعنوياً وقيمياً بمعنى عزله عن المعاني الإيجابية في حياته | |
