درجة توافر متطلبات التنمية الشاملة المستدامة في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the degree of availability of the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development in the Palestinian civil society institutions from the point of view of its employees, and their relationship to some variables. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and designed and prepared a questionnaire consisting of four axes or requirements, and contains (30) paragraphs according to a five- scale, and was applied to a random sample of (112) workers in the Palestinian civil society institutions. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program in conducting the statistical analyzes necessary for research • هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد درجة توافر متطلبات التنمية الشاملة المستدامة في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم وإعداد استبانة تشتمل على أربعة محاور أو متطلبات، وتحتوي على (30) فقرة أو عبارة بحسب تدريج خماسي، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (112) عاملاً من العاملين في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني، واستخدم الباحثان برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في إجراء التحليلات الاحصائية اللازمة للبحث
