معيقات توظيف نظام التعليم الالكتروني (اليوبينار) في التعليم الجامعي في ظل جائحة كورونا - دراسة حالة جامعة فلسطين -غزة

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the obstacles to employing e-learning system (Upinar) in University education in light of Corona Pandemic from the point of view of (106) Faculty Members who work at University of Palestine during the first semester of 2020/2021, they were chosen by the comprehensive survey method. The results revealed that the degree of the sample’s assessment of the obstacles to employing the e-learning system (Upinar) in university education in light of the Corona pandemic at the University of Palestine was very large by (85.20%), and statistically significant differences were found at the average grades of the sample members ’assessment of the obstacles to employing the e-learning system (Upinar) in university education at University of Palestine are attributed to the age variable in favor of the group (40 years and over) with an arithmetic mean (3.20), and there were no significant differences between the averages of the grades attributed to the variables: (Gender, academic rank). The researcher recommended organizing training courses in the use of the e-learning system (Upinar) for both faculty members and students to reduce obstacles that prevent the use of the e-learning system followed, and the need to combine face-to-face education with e-learning in higher education institutions in the future. Key words: E-Learning, Upinar, Corona Virus, University of Palestine. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى معيقات توظيف نظام التعليم الإلكتروني (اليوبينار) المستخدم في جامعة فلسطين من وجهة نظر (106) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين يعملون في الجامعة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول 2020/2021، تم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل. كشفت النتائج أن درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لمعيقات توظيف نظام التعليم الالكتروني (اليوبينار) في التعليم الجامعي في ظل جائحة كورونا في جامعة فلسطين كانت كبيرة جداً بنسبة (85.20%)، ووُجدت فروق عند متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لمعيقات توظيف نظام التعليم الالكتروني (اليوبينار) في التعليم الجامعي في جامعة فلسطين تُعزى إلى متغير العمر لصالح الفئة (40 عام فما فوق) بمتوسط حسابي (3.20)، ولم توجد فروق ذات دلالة بين متوسطات درجات التقدير تُعزى إلى متغير: (المؤهل العلمي). وأوصت الباحثة عقد دورات تدريبية في استخدام نظام التعليم الإلكتروني (اليوبينار) لكل من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة للحد من المعيقات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من نظام التعليم الإلكتروني المتبّع
