Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between job
alienation on the one hand and the job performance of a sample of
kindergarten teachers in the Asir region, and the research sample
consisted of (302) teachers, and the results showed that the level of job
alienation between kindergarten teachers is high and negative with direct
management and that working conditions The female teachers are not
satisfied and there is a negative relationship between job alienation in
terms of job performance, while there is a positive relationship between
female teachers and female students ’appreciation for them, one of the
most important recommendations is to link incentives with the results of
performance evaluation and the participation of female teachers in
developing development plans, decision-making, fairness in treatment,
non-discrimination and the provision of a safe and stimulating
environment for them.
