المسؤولية الاجتماعية لوسائل الإعلام تجاه ذوى الاعاقة من وجهه نظر العاملين في مجال الإعلام بمدينة غزة

Abstract

ھدفت الدراسة الحالیة للتعرف على المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة لوسائل الإعلام تجاه ذوى الاعاقة من وجھھ نظر العاملین فى مجال الاعلام بمدینة غزة ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنھج الوصفي التحلیلي وقام باختیار عینة عشوائیة تكونت من ً یعملون في المؤسسات الإعلامیة المرئیة ، وتم تطبیق استمارة (20) اعلامیا مقابلة معھم ، وتبلورت تساؤلات البحث حول مسؤولیة وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعیة تجاه ذوى الاعاقة وحول نوعیة البرامج والمواد الإعلامیة التي تحتویھا فیما یخص قضایاھم وعن المعیقات والمشكلات التى تواجھ وسائل الاعلام وطرق التغلب علیھا ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود برنامج خاص ومنفرد بذوى الاعاقة مع وجود بعض الحلقات عنھم ، وأن أھم الأسباب والمعیقات التى تحول دون تحمل وسائل الاعلام المسؤولیة تجاه ذوى الاعاقة ً متابعتھا لأخر التطورات ھو الطابع السیاسي والإخباري لوسائل الإعلام وأیضا على الصعید المجتمعي والمتعلقة بالمفاوضات والسلام والاحتلال والانقسام والمصالحة ، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن ھناك زیادة في الاھتمام في وسائل الإعلام بذوي الاعاقة وتجلى ذلك في بروز لغة الإشارة في بعض تلك الوسائل ، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة دعوة الإعلامیین إلى الاھتمام بالأشخاص ذوى الاعاقة وبقضایاھم الأساسیة من خلال تبنى بعض الأفكار الخاصة بھم و تقدیم فقرات وبرامج عنھم ، مع وضع خطة إعلامیة ووطنیة عنھم و تدریب شرائح مختلفة من ذوى الإعاقة ودمجھم في وسائل الإعلام The present study aimed to identify the social responsibility for media towards people with disabilities from the standpoint of media workers in Gaza City. Researcher has used the descriptive analytical method then selected A random sample consist of (20) media worker in visual media institutions, was applied Interviewed Form with them. research questions in identifying the social responsibility of the media to people with disabilities , the quality of programs and information materials contained in respect of their cases , the obstacles , the problems facing the media and ways to overcome, The results indicated that there is no special or individually program for them , expect some episodes about them, One of the main obstacles the reasons that prevent the carrying media responsibility towards people with disabilities is the political nature of the news to the media and also the follow-up of the latest developments at the community level and concerning negotiations and peace, occupation and division and reconciliation, as the study found that there is an increase in interest in the media for handicapped, and it seemed in the evident in some mass media like the sign language, The researcher recommends to invite media to pay attention to persons with disabilities and adopting some of the ideas to provide programs for them, the need to develop a national media plan for dealing with the handicapped issues. in addition to training some of disabled people then integrated them in the media.
