درجة ممارسة طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة غزة لقيمة الاحترام داخل مدارسهم

Abstract

- هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة غزة لقيمة الاحترام داخل مدارسهم وذلك من خلال الوقوف على الأسس النظرية لقيمة الاحترام ومدى ممارستهم لهذه القيمة مع الإدارة المدرسية،ومعلميهم، والبيئة المدرسية المحيطة بهم، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في طلبة الثانوية المنتسبين إلى مدارس محافظة غزة-مديرية شرق ، ومديرية غرب، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطةتكونت من (579) طالباً وطالبة The aim of study was to identify the degree of practice of secondary school studentsin Gaza governorate for the value of respect within their schools. By standing on the theoretical principles of the value of respect and the extent to which they practice this value with the school administration, their teachers, and the school environment surrounding them. The study used the descriptive design. The study sample consisted of (579) secondary school students from both directorates of east and west of Gaza. Data were collected by using self-administered questionnaire. The results revealed thatthe overall result of the practicing of respect from the point of view of students in Gaza Governorate was (91.6%) which is a large percentage, students practicing a respect value of their schools administration at the first
