دور اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في جودة الأداء الإداري دراسة ميدانية على المستشفيات غير الحكومية-قطاع غزة

Abstract

تھدف ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور اتخاذ القرارات الإداریة (تشخیص المشكلة، جمع البیانات والمعلومات، تحدید الحلول المتاحة وتقویمھا، اختیار الحل المناسب للمشكلة، متابعة تنفیذ القرار وتقویمھ). ودور ھذه العملیة في جودة الأداء الإداري في المستشفیات غیر الحكومیة في قطاع غزة، ولتحقیق أھداف ھذه البحث قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة استبیان، وتوزیعھ على عینة عشوائیة مكونة (155) مفردة استرجع منھا (126) استمارة صالحة بنسبة (81.2%)، حیث كان من أھم نتائج البحث أن مستوى تطبیق مراحل اتخاذ القرارات الإداریة في المستشفیات غیر الحكومیة في قطاع غزة من وجھة نظر الإدارة العلیا جاء بوزن نسبي (78.132)، وھو بدرجة (كبیرة)، ومستوى جودة الأداء الإداري جاء بوزن نسبي (74.900)، ً وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائیة عند مستوى دلالة وھو بدرجة (كبیرة)، وتبین أیضا (α≤0.05) بینمستوى تطبیق مراحل اتخاذ القرارات، وبین مستوى جودة الأداء في المستشفیات غیر الحكومیة بقطاع غزة من وجھة نظر الإدارة العلیا. ecision-making which ( Diagnose the problem, collecting data and information, identifying and evaluating available solutions, choose the right solution to the problem, follow up implementation of the resolution and evaluation)And the role of this process in the quality of administrative performance in non-governmental hospitals in the Gaza Strip , and to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher developed a questionnaire distributed to random sample composed (155) Single, retrieve them (126) valid which representing (%81.2) ,the most important results that the application of the stages of managerial decision-making in non-governmental hospitals in the Gaza Strip, from the perspective of the senior management level came with a relative weight (78.132), as a degree (great), and the level of quality of administrative performance came with a relative weight (74.900), as a degree ( large),and the other important results of the study there are statistically significant relationship in the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the level of application in decision-making, and the quality of performance level in non-governmental hospitals in the Gaza Strip from the perspective of senior management.
