تطور الأزمة السورية ومعضلة تسويتها في ضوء الاستقطابات الإقليمية والدولي

Abstract

تعد الحالة السوریة التي جاءت في سیاق "الربیع العربي"، أكثر تعقیدا من مثیلاتھا في الوطن العربي، وذلك بسبب موقع سوریا الجیوبولیتیكي، وأھمیتھا الجیواستراتیجیة، فضلاً عن تأثیرھا على الملفات الثلاثة الساخنة في المنطقة، "العراق ولبنان وفلسطین". إلا أنھا تحولت من لاعب أساسي في شؤون وقضایا الإقلیم إلى ساحة تنافس وصراع إقلیمي ودولي. حیث تشھد سوریا منذ مارس 2011م، تحدیاً وتطوراً مفصلیاً بات یتوقف علیه مستقبل توازنات القوى الإقلیمیة والتحالفات الدولیة في المنطقة. فقد شكلت الأزمة السوریة حالة استقطاب وتنافس إقلیمي واصطفاف دولي غیر مسبوقة منذ نھایة الحرب الباردة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى طول أمد الأزمة وتعقید سبل تسویتھا. ویمكن إیضاح ذلك من خلال تفاعلات ومواقف القوى الإقلیمیة والدولیة تجاه الأزمة السوریة، سواء من جانب الخصوم "الولایات المتحدة، وبعض الدول الأوروبیة، وتركیا، ودول الخلیج العربي"، أو الحلفاء "روسیا، والصین، وإیران" للنظام السوري على المستویین الدولي والإقلیمي. وفي ھذا الإطار، تتمحور الدراسة حول تطور الأزمة السوریة ومعضلات تسویتھا في ضوء الاستقطابات الإقلیمیة والدولیة. The Syrian case, which had began with (the Arab spring), becomes more complex than the other cases in the Arab region, that is because the Syrian geopolitical location, geostrategic importance, and it is influential role in other three hotspots in the region ( Iraq- Lebanon-Palestine). Since march 2011, Syria has faced a core challenge that deeply affects on the regional balance and international alliance in the region. The Syrian crisis has turned from a local action to be an arena for international competition between regional and international rivals, that is look like what was happened in the period of the cold war between USA and the former USSR. These all reasons, definitely, deepened, and still, the period of the crisis and the possibilities of resolving it, between the key international and regional player. So, my thesis will deal with this crisis through focusing on the roles of regional and international key players in the Syrian bloodshed, which divided between anti Assad regime (USA, European Countries, Turkey, and The Gulf states), and pro Assad regime or it is allies (Russia, China, And Iran). By concentrating on how the international and regional polarization has affected on lasting the conflict and complexed the resolving efforts.
