تقييم جودة الخدمة في معهد الأمل للأيتام بغزة من وجهة نظر العاملين

Abstract

ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الخدمة المقدمة في معھد الأمل للأیتام من وجھة نظر العاملین بالمعھد حیث إن جودة الخدمة من المجالات الأكثر أھمیھ في قطاع الخدمات، وقد قامت الدراسة على استخدم مقیاس جودة الخدمة "SERVQUAL Scale" الذي وضع من قبل ,Parasuraman "Zeithaml, and Berry" عام 1988, 1985، المكون من خمسة أبعاد رئیسة ھي: الجوانب المادیة الملموسة، والاعتمادیة، والاستجابة، والسلامة ترتبط اً فرعی والأمان، والتعاطف، وصمم الباحث استبانھ؛ مكونة من (25) متغیراً بالأبعاد الرئیسة المشار إلیھا، والتي تترجم مظاھر جودة الخدمة، وذلك لقیاس مستوى جودة الخدمات في معھد الأمل للأیتام من وجھة نظر العاملین في المعھد، وُتعد ھذه الدراسة وصفیة تحلیلیة، وتكونت عینة الدراسة من (47) من العاملین بالمعھد حیث تم استخدام منھج المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة. This study aimed at investigating the given service quality level of Al amal institution for orphans from the laborers' point of view. Service quality is one of the most important aspects of the services section. the study used service quality measurement "SERVQUAL scale " that was placed by "Perasuraman , Zeithaml , and Berry" 1985 , 1988 , consisted of five main sectors : tangibility , reliability , response , assurance and sympathy , moreover, the researcher design his questionnaire form that consist of 25 secondary variable connected with the main sectors mentioned above and which indicate the service quality expressions to measure the service quality of Al-amal institution from the laborers' point of view .
