درجة توافر قيمة المواطنة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر العاملين في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the Degree of availability of the value of organizational citizenshipin Palestinian private Universities. The study total population is represented (382) workers from the University of Palestine and Gaza University working in the geography borders of the Gaza Strip. A questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection from a simple random sample that included all the study population, but the real questionnaire collected as only 193 (50.5%). The analytical descriptive design was used to help in answering the research questions. The results showed that the degree of Availability of valueorganizational citizenship in private Palestinian universities was relatively high (86.78%). هدف البحث الى التعرف على درجة توافر قيمة المواطنة التنظيمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة، حيث تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين في جامعتي فلسطين وغزة العاملتين في حدود جغرافيا قطاع غزة والبالغ (382) مفردة، حيث صممت استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية بسيطة شملت جميع مفردات مجتمع الدراسة ولكن ما تم تحصيله كعينة حقيقية هو (193) مفردة فقط أي بنسبة (50.5%)، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الى ساعد في الوصول الى الإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، ولقد بينت النتائج أن درجة توافر قيمة المواطنة التنظيمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة كانت بوزن نسبي(86.78%) بدرجة كبيرة جداً
