دور منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في المساهمة في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية

Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the role of Palestinian civil society organizations in development of water resources, mineral sources, natural environment resource and renewable energy resources, and reveal about obstacles which hinder role of Palestinian civil society organizations in contributing in development natural sources. The researcher used analytic descriptive approach. The study tool was interview with Responsible in Palestinian civil society organizations related with study field, It was identified roles and contributions which made by Palestinian civil society organizations in development natural sources, whereas the study revealed a positive role for Palestinian civil society organizations in development water resources and natural resources represented in activities and programs which introduced in these fields , while as the study revealed a limited role for Palestinian civil society organizations in development mineral resources and renewable energy resources. The study revealed a numbers of obstacles which hinder role of Palestinian civil society organization in contributing in development natural sources. The study introduced a number of recommendations to increase effectiveness of Palestinian civil society organization in contributing in development natural sources. هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى دور منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في تنمية الموارد المائية، والموارد المعدنية، وموارد البيئة الطبيعية،وموارد الطاقة المتجددة، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من دور منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في المساهمة في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداة الدراسة مقابلات مع مسئولين في منظمات المجتمع المدني ممن لهم علاقة بمجالات الدراسة، وتم تحديد الأدوار والمساهمات التي قامت بها منظمات المجتمع الفلسطيني في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية حيث كشفت الدراسة عن دور إيجابي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في تنمية الموارد المائية وموارد البيئة الطبيعيةتمثل في الأنشطة والبرامج التي تقدمها هذه الجمعيات في هذا المجالات، بينما كشفت الدراسة عن دور محدود لمنظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في تنمية الموارد المعدنية وموارد الطاقة المتجددة، وكشفت الدراسة عن عدد من المعوقات التي تحد من دور منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في المساهمة في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية, وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات لزيادة فعالية منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في المساهمة في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية.
