العوامل الجاذبة وتلك الطاردة للاستثمار في الاراضي الفلسطينية دراسة تحليلية من وجهة نظر كبار رجال الأعمال الفلسطينيين.

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى قياس العوامل المحفزة وتلك المعيقة للاعمال في الأراضي الفلسطينية، ولذات الغرض استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظراً لملائمته طبيعة البحث، حيث تم إعداد استبانه اشتقت متغيراتها من الأدبيات ذات العلاقة، ووزعت على عينة مكونة من 100 مفردة من كبار رجال الاعمال الفلسطينين يمثلون القطاعات الاقتصادية كافة. كما تم عمل مراجعة معمقة للادبيات ذات العلاقة والمتمثلة بالابحاث والدراسات والتقارير المحلية والدولية لغرض الوقوف على العوامل الجاذبة وتلك الطاردة للأعمال في الأراضي الفلسطينية . توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة رئيسة مفادها أن بيئة الأعمال في الأراضي الفلسطينية – إجمالاً – تعد بيئة طاردة للأعمال. وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات في مجالات مختلفة لتحسين البيئة الاستثمارية في الأراضي الفلسطينية. The main purpose of this article is to measure the indusive factors in the Palestinian business environment and those factors that hinder businesses in the Palestinian territories. To achieve this purpose, the descriptive analytical methodology was employed as it suits this kind of research. A questionnaire reflecting the main variables of the research was prepared and distributed to a sample of 100 pioneer business men who represents the Palestinian major economic sectors. The researcher also made deep revision to existing literature whether, local or international, so as to identify the risks that might face business enterprises in Palestine. The research came up with a main conclusion that - the overall - business environment in the Palestinian territories is considered quite risky. Finally, the research put forward a set of recommendations, in various spheres, to improve the overall investment climate in Palestine.
