العلاقة بين توافر متطلبات إعادة هندسة العمليات والمرونة الإنتاجية: الدور الوسيط للتوجه بالتعلم

Abstract

ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات في الشركات الصناعیة الفلسطینیة، والكشف عن طبیعة العلاقة واتجاھھا بین متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات وتحقیق المرونة الإنتاجیة في تلك الشركات، إضافة إلى تحدید ما إذا كان التوجھ بالتعلم یلعب دور الوسیط في العلاقة ما بین توافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات والمرونة الإنتاجیة. ولتحقیق أھداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصمیم استبیان كأداة للدراسة تم توزیعھ على عینة الدراسة البالغة (231 ( موظف وموظفة من الإدارة العلیا بالشركات الصناعیة الفلسطینیة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أھمھا: تتوافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات (التنظیمیة، التكنولوجیة، البشریة) بدرجة كبیرة في الشركات الصناعیة الفلسطینیة. وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائیة موجبة لتوافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات على التوجھ بالتعلم والمرونة الإنتاجیة في الشركات الصناعیة الفلسطینیة. وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائیة موجبة لتبني التوجھ بالتعلم والمرونة الإنتاجیة في الشركات الصناعیة الفلسطینیة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التوجھ بالتعلم یلعب الدور الوسیط في العلاقة بین توافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات والمرونة الإنتاجیة. وقد أوصت الدراسة: ضرورة القیام بدراسات دوریة للتعرف على التغیرات والتطورات في بیئة الصناعة الفلسطینیة، والعمل على مواكبة تلك التغیرات. التأكید على أھمیة تبني التوجھ بالتعلم من قبل الشركات، وذلك لما لھا من أثر واضح في تعزیز العلاقة ما بین توافر متطلبات إعادة ھندسة العملیات والمرونة الإنتاجیة. الكلمات المفتاحیة: التوجھ الاستراتیجي، المناھج الإداریة الحدیثة، الأداء التشغیلي. This study aimed to identify the availability of business process re-engineering requirements in Palestinian industrial companies, and to identify the nature of relationship and direction between business process re-engineering requirements and Production Flexibility in these companies, in addition to determine whether the learn orientation plays a mediating role in the relationship between business process re-engineering requirements and Production Flexibility. To achieve study objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a study tool, was distributed on sample of (231) employee selected from the senior management in Palestinian industrial companies. The results shows: business process re-engineering requirements (Organizational, Technological, Human) are available in Palestinian industrial companies with a large degree. There is a positive impact with a statistical significance the availability of business process re-engineering requirements on learn orientation and Production Flexibility in Palestinian industrial companies. There is a positive impact with a statistical significance the learn orientation adoption and Production Flexibility in Palestinian industrial companies. Results revealed that learn orientation mediating the relationship between business process re-engineering requirements and achieving Production Flexibility. The Main recommendations: Needing to do periodic studies to identify the changes and developments in the Palestinian industry environment, and working to keep up with those changes. Emphasize the importance of adopting learn Orientation by companies, because of their obvious effect in strengthening the relationship between the availability of business process re-engineering requirements and Production Flexibility.
