إستخدام نموذجي الانحدار اللوجيستي وانحدار كوكس لدراسة العوامل المؤثرة على وفيات الاطفال الرضع في فلسطين

Abstract

تتركز الفكرة الأساسیة في ھذه الدراسة حول استخدام طرق إحصائیة متقدمة لدراسة أھم العوامل المؤثرة على وفیات الأطفال الرضع في فلسطین (الضفة الغربیة وقطاع غزة) . وتم اختیار نموذجي الانحدار اللوجیستي وانحدار كوكس كونھما ینطبقان على مثل ھذه الدراسات، وأشارت النتائج إلى انھ على الرغم من اختلاف معاملات الانحدار نوعا ما في نموذجي الانحدار اللوجیستي وانحدار كوكس إلا أنھما توصلا إلى نفس المتغیرات التي لھا تأثیر على الظاھرة. وأن أھم العوامل الدیموغرافیة والاجتماعیة المؤثرة على حیاة الطفل الرضیع ھي جنس المولود وطبیعة المولود مفرد أو توأم وتعلیم الأم ، وأن حصول الأم على أقراص الحدید أثناء الحمل، وأھمیة حصول الطفل على الرضاعة الطبیعیة ھي أھم متغیرات الحالة التغذویة للأم والطفل في تفسیر حالة البقاء للطفل الرضیع. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن حصول الأم على الرعایة الصحیة أثناء الحمل وانخفاض وزن المولود لھما تأثیر معنوي على حیاة الطفل الرضیع. The basic idea of this study focused on the using of advanced statistical methods for studding the most important factors affecting the infant mortality in Palestine ( West Bank and Gaza Strip). The logistic regression was chosen and Cox regression as being applicable on this studies. The results indicated that, in spite of the different regression coefficients in somewhat to logistic regression and Cox regression, but they have reached to the same variables that have an impact on the phenomenon. Also the most important demographic and social factors which influence the life of the baby is the sex and the nature of the newborn whether single or twin and mother's education, and Iron tablets that’s the mother get during pregnancy, and the importance the breastfeeding for the child, all these are the most important variables of the nutritional status of the mother and child in the interpretation of the case of survival of the infant baby. Moreover the results indicated that the health care that mother get during pregnancy and low birth weight at birth has a significant effect on the life of the infant's baby .
