|Abstract:||The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of leadership preparation programs in building leadership personality in Ibda'a institution as perceived by the graduates of the leadership preparation programs. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all the graduates of leadership preparation programs provided by Ibda'a institution in Gaza's whose number is (848) enrollees in programs in the years (2011, 2012, 2013). A random sample of (227) graduates representing (26.76%) of the study population was selected. Results of the study showed that the effectiveness of leadership preparation programs to build leadership personality in Ibda'a institution as perceived by the trainees came with a relative weight of (75.121%), where the first domain (the impact of programs on the trainees), came first with a relative weight of (83.612% ), followed by the second domain (the impact of programs on the work environment of the trainee), had a relative weight of (66.630%) . Besides , the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of leadership programs as perceived by the subjects due to variables of (age group, job type, number of years of service, the training program). However, the study pointed to the existence of statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of leadership preparation programs attributable to the variable of scientific qualification.|
