Abstract
The study aimed to identify the supply chain and its impact on achieving organizational capabilities in the food industry companies in the southern Palestinian governorates. The descriptive analytical method used. The study population consisted of the employees holding supervisory positions (human resources manager, purchasing manager, marketing manager), whose number was (75) employees. Where (75) questionnaires were distributed, and (66) questionnaires were retrieved, with a recovery rate of (88.00%). SPSS used to analyze the data.
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على سلسلة التوريد وأثرها في تحقيق القدرات التنظيمية بالشركات الصناعات الغذائية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين أصحاب المناصب الإشرافية (مدير الموارد البشرية، مدير المشتريات، مدير التسويق) والبالغ عددهم (75) موظف، حيث تم توزيع (75) استبانة، واسترداد (66) استبانة، بنسبة استرداد بلغت (88.00%)، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات
