| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات الخريجين المطلوبه لسوق العمل في القطاع المصرفي من حيث مدى امتلاك الخريجين لاربعة انواع من المهارات وهي (المهارات المعرفية والذهنية، المهارات الشخصية والحياتية ،المهارات التكنولوجية، المهارات المهنية والمصرفية) وذلك من وجهة نظر مدراء المصارف. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام الباحث بعمل دراسة استطلاعية بإستخدام إستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات وكانت عيِّنة البحث هي مجتمع البحث وبلغ عددها (13) من ارباب العمل (مدراء فروع المصارف). The study aimed to identify the skills of graduates required for the labor market in the banking sector in terms of the extent to which graduates possess four types of skills (cognitive and mental skills, personal and life skill, technological skills, professional and banking skills). from the point of view of banks branches managers. The study used analytical descriptive approach, the researcher conducted exploratory study and use the questionnaire for collecting information. The Sample of the study was the same of population (13) bank branches managers. | |
